"So what's the plan when we get to the sand guys?" I asked as we were quickly approaching, thanks to Pein.
"You don't need to worry about that, I'll take care of it myself," Deidara said proudly puffing out his chest. I looked at Sasori who looked genuinely annoyed with Deidara.
"So you plan to make me wait for you huh," Sasori said giving Deidara a death glare, I thought to myself I hope Deidara hopefully knows that Sasori hates waiting. I notice Deidara tense up as he turned around to look at Sasori.
"Well, I thought you and Y/N could use some quality time together," Deidara said as he looked at me as to say "help me".
"Great idea Deidara, I'd loveto finally have some alone time with Sasori" I said as I clung to Sasori's arm. Sasori looked at me and sighed "Fine but just don't keep us waiting," he said as he continued to stare at Deidara. Deidara took a sigh of relief and we landed, "Here is were we part ways for now, I'll bring back the jinchkuri and u guys can just do your thing" Deidara dropped off Sasori and I and flew off to get the jinchurki. I looked up and asked Sasori "Do you think he can pull it off by himself?"
"He might but he'll just make a mess of everything with his idoicy he calls art" He says as we stand a few metres away from the sand.
"Hey Sasori, how come you hate waiting?" I ask out of blue, Sasori looked surprised I had asked that, honestly so was I. I barely knew asked that, the thought had just fell out of my mouth.
"Haven't I told you alreadly?" He asked looking away from me.
"I don't think you did" I said walking into his line of sight, and kneeling to be at eye level with his puppet. "Can you tell me?" I asked giving him puppy dog eyes.
"Ugh fine" he said after about 5 mins of him staring at me, making puppy dog eyes at him. "I hate being waiting on and being waiting because as a child I always waited for my parents to come but they never did."
"I'm so sorry Sasori," I said as I hugged him and cried a little, he said "I don't even are anymore"
"I didn't have parents to begin with so I can sympathise a little with you" I said clinging to the back of Sasori's puppet "I know all you really had was the copy ninja"
"Yeah" I said as I thought of all the fun times I had with Kakashi, I sighed and it had hit me that I really did miss him and everyone in the leaf. I remebered seeing how big Neji, TenTen and Lee got, I tried to imagine how Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura would look like. Those three were always so much fun to be around, I remeber when I escaped and went back home. Naruto was just about to start the final part of his chunin exam, and asked me to cheer him on. I promised him but I never ended up going, but knowing him he's probably a chunin now. Sasuke was also suposed to start the final part too, Neji fought Naruto and who did Sasuke fight again. I gasped and asked Sasori "Who is the jinchurki we were sent to get again?"
"Uh Gaara of the Sand, I believe his name was, he's the kazekage."
"Gaara, the boy Sasuke fought, Sasori what does pain do to the jinchurkis he collects?"
"We have to extract them first then the rest is a mystery."
"But if we do that he'll die"
"It's a small price to pay for a world of peace as Pein says"
"Is that boy's life supposed to be a small price because I don't think so. He doesn't even get a say about any of this" Isay as I jump off Sasori's back
"Y/N we're just following orders-"
"No you're following orders, I refuse to let you guys kill that boy"
"Y/N calm down, you're going to get me angry"
"To hell, with your anger I said what I said" I say putting my foot down, I draw the line when it comes to the murder of innocent people. I'd love a perfect world where Sasori and I could be together and I could stay with my friends but to kill 9 innocent people I can't let that happen. Especailly since one of those 9 is Naruto, I can't let the Akatsuki do this.
"Y/N, you don't know what you're saying" Sasori started to approch me, I noticed that the jaw of his puppet was twitching. I jumped up over the puppet as Sasori shot out poison towards where I was standing.
"So you plan to kill me becuase of an arguement?" I say as I stand behind Sasori.
"I wasn't going to kill you, just knock you out until we got back to the hideout"
"Shoot that poison at me again and I'll have no choice but to fight you Sasori, I don't want to do that so please don't make me." I say pleading with Sasori but at that moment I see something in the sky.
I look up to see Deidara had come back.
