Seori's uniform was soaked and she was drenched with water from head to toe.
It was just a normal day.
Whispers could be around the class but none of them were about what was happening at the back of the class. None of them were about the girl who was bullied in the back of the class, pushed to the ground.
"Hey, can I see your chemistry homework ? I didn't finish the formula table."
"And then I was like, no fucking way- I know right ?! Like why did he have to make me pay for our date !?"
"Ahhh I'm so lucky the next period is a substitute teacher 'cause I haven't finished that math homework- I know it's like three pages but they're all algebraic questions and apparently I suck at them."
None of them were even paying attention to the loud yelling which could be clearly heard.
"That's sad, why did you even come to school if you didn't bring any lunch money ?!"
The girl who was bullied didn't answer but tears were pouring down her face. She kept repeating-
"Stop bothering me, please."-
But no one listened except for Seori. Seori was not peaceful at all. She was bothered. Every single day she would hear Chua's screams as she got hit by the bullies of the class, asking her for lunch money. It happened every single day yet nobody even tried to pay attention.
Today she wanted to change that.
She stood up, trying to focus on the screaming happening at the back of the classroom other than the chatting that's going on in the classroom. Seori's middle school days were almost over and they were very enjoyable and fun but hearing all the bullying that happens everyday is haunting and makes her feel guilty.
The guy was about to punch Chua again but Seori stood up quickly and looked back with a sharp glare. Everyone became quiet.
"She said stop you fucker."
Seori said as the whole classroom was in pin-drop silence.
It was quiet as Chua's body collapsed to the floor but Seori didn't move. Everyone's stare was suddenly painful. Everyone was looking at her. One of the guys who bullied Chua looked back at Seori and said-
"What did you say ?"
Someone finally let out their laugh which they were holding in so far, making the whole class laugh out loud, louder than the chats a few moments ago.
"Did you realise what you've just got yourself into ?"
Two days later, Seori realised and she nodded as she was now standing in the middle of the classroom, drenched in water and was soaked.
"Yes. I do. It took four days for everyone to betray me, stab me. It took four days to get everyone to be against me."
