"Federal agent, open up!" Gibbs, Tony and McGee knock on the door and then a young man open it. "Yes?"
"Agent Gibbs, DiNozzo, and McGee from NCIS. You are?"
"Josh."
"Josh.. You own this property?"
"Yes, with my brother Peter. But he's in hospital right now. Why?"
"Do you know this woman? A man from that motel told us she was last seen with you last night?" He shows him a picture and this man looks at it carefully, "Uh...I'm not sure but it looks like Jasmine, with different hair. Why? Is she okay?"
"We hope you can tell us sir."
"I woke up this morning and she's gone. She just left."
"She took anything from you?"
"No. Absolutely not. She's a nice person, she needs a place last night because she doesn't have money on her and the motel owner you mentioned earlier, he kicked her out. But..Jasmine left something on my table."
"Can I see it?"
"Yeah, wait a minute." He went inside and then come back with a small note on hand.

"Thank you for this."
"You're welcome. I don't recognize the name, so I thought maybe she wrote it for herself." Josh says, while Gibbs reading the name.

Marshall Butler

"Boss? What is it?"
"She wrote Marshall's name." Tony is quite surprised to hear that. "You're saying Allison think that Butler is a traitor?"
"No. I don't know. It could be a whole different thing that she wrote. But since she did, we need to keep an eye on him."
"Boss, she keeps herself closer to home. It could only mean one thing." Tony feels like this is a part of a larger plan.
"Yeah?"
"She is looking for something. Probably proof to exonerate herself."
"She went rogue too long Tony. We wouldn't know. For all we know, Butler could be a target. She should've come to us."

McGee knows exactly why she did, she really think agent Marshall Butler is the traitor. What he doesn't know is, why didn't she come back if she knows who the killer is.

Allison is looking at all this overwhelming evidence. All that she compiled for the last 3 days by herself. Thanks to McGee, now she have the flight manifest and now she can officially connected the dots. About how Butler was connected to Holden. She's in the final line. The whole undercover work has come down to this. She knows Holden would arrive here in D.C. with a possibility of devastating agenda. All she needs is the exact location and the exact time.

All of that without a painful sleepless night yesterday.

*Philadelphia 12 hours ago*

Allison is trying to sleep when suddenly a flashing images coming to her eyes. The images of her hearing a gunshot while she was hiding in a bathroom. She couldn't move, it was like she's frozen.

A voice, a familiar one. She heard that voice almost in every working days. A wake up call happens, "Oh god...it was him..." One images leads to another and before she knows it, she can remember the whole thing.

*Back to present day*

"Why didn't I do something.." She blames herself, partly because she couldn't save Jenny that night. "She tried to warn me, about Butler and now she paid the price. Jenny doesn't deserve that." Allison put back together part of her gun and getting ready to hunt the person who's responsible for this. "You're a dead man Holden. I can promise you that one."
