|FBI Headquarter|

The room is filled with tension and eyes watching through the looking glass. "Allison, I know you're there. Can you please just listen?" Tony stare into the other side of the room. Although he couldn't see anything, he can feel Allison's presence.

And then suddenly the door swing open and there Fornell enter. But before he can fully get himself inside the room, Gibbs is trying to reason with him. "Tobias, he didn't do it."
"All the evidences are pointing at him Gibbs. Let me do my job."

"Boss..." Tony looks at Gibbs who's as desperate as him. "Hang on DiNozzo. You hear me?"
"Allison?" When he see Gibbs' face, Tony knows he can't give the answer. "She's not talking Tony. I'll see what I can do." After that Fornell close the door and sit in front of him. He pulls a file and show Tony some pictures of a dead body.
"I need you to look at these photos. Ring a bell?"
"No. I didn't remember anything. But I know I didn't do it."
"Your gun. Your bullets. Your fingerprint. Everything is a match DiNozzo. My only question is why? Why killed agent Chamberlain? Is it Grant?"
"What? No! It has nothing to do with Allison. Because I did not do this."
"You had history with her, you saw her sneaking, meeting agent Chamberlain in D.C....then what? You got curious? Jealous because she lied to you about the occasion and  you found out she was staying with him the night before? Just tell me why."
"I..didn't..do it! You got this all wrong."
"He died in your hand! He was a damn good agent! One of the best man the bureau has ever got! You shot him in a cold blood!"
"No! I said no." Tony is holding his own anger, as well as tears when he looks to the glass again. Hoping that Allison will understand. "I would never kill Milt. He makes her happy. Even when I'm not the reason of her happiness, I'm fine with that. As long as she's......smiling. I..I just can't. Because killing him would be.. a betrayal to her.....you have to believe me."

Allison's eyes are full of tears, as much as she wants to believe him, but seeing Milt lying there on his own blood pool takes away her faith. The gun, the prints, everything is pointing at Tony. "Grant." Gibbs enter the observation room and try to snap her out of her mind. "Allison. Hey."
"I know what are you gonna say Gibbs. I'm sorry but I'm not in a very forgiving mood."
"You don't think he's capable to.."
"No, Gibbs! I don't. I want to believe him so bad but how can I? Can you tell me for sure that he didn't do it?" Gibbs is just standing there, look at her.
"Exactly! You're free to go. I'm staying here."

Fornell put another files, this time a surveillance pictures of Tony outside the hotel room where Milt was staying. "This is you."
"Yes this is me. But I didn't do it. I got there because I thought Allison was in trouble. Someone set me up."
"Someone? Who?"
"I don't know. I was blindsided. Look, I must've been unconscious. Someone clearly drugged me."
"There's no trace of drugs in your system."
"It must've been slipped somehow."
"Okay. Let's say if someone set you up. Tell me about the day prior to the incident."
"Uh.... It was like Wednesday. I went to work early, I was tired but there are a lot of work needs to be done...."

*NCIS Office, Wednesday*

"God I'm beaten." Tony stretch his back while trying to snoop around McGee's desk. "Ooh...who is this gorgeous lady.." He picks up the clicker and put a picture of McGee and a woman on the big screen. "Quite a taste huh...McGoo is growing up. Proud of him."

"What are you doing?" McGee quickly stormed in the room and try to get the clicker from Tony, "You can't do that!"
"Well I just did! Who is she McLoverBoy?"
"None of your business."
"Well as an expert..."
"Expert? You never date someone more than a week."
"Ooh...so she's a date huh? Interesting." He click his tongue and teasing McGee. "Tell me about it McChemicalRomance."
"I'm not gonna tell you.." McGee smirks, "..the details are private."
"Too much detail. Gear up!" Gibbs suddenly shows up and for a moment he looks at the screen, "Good taste McGee."
