"Morning everyone! I'm back." Allison walks in, goes straight to her desk and sit. "Any update?"
"Uh, boss wanted you to help me on the dumpster case."
"Ah, that one? Okay... That's weird, I thought it was like a twisted prank."
"Umm... Gibbs didn't think it was."
"Okay. Where is McGee?"
"Up in MTAC with Gibbs. I think they were working on a case with our agent in Rota."
"Spain?"
"Yeah. I heard a lot of marines are having hallucinations and then killed their friends and families. Horrible."
"Ah...FBI involves?"
"Oh yeah. They're all over the case. But you know Gibbs."
As she's starting to review the dumpster case files, Tony looks at her, wondering if he should ask anything or not. She seems okay, happy even. "Something is wrong Tony? You seems unfocused."
"Uh, no. I'm fine. Just a little bit exhausted. Been on this case for some days. Haven't been able to get this punk."
"Yeah, I know that feeling. It tends to pissed you off."
"That's right....maybe I should recheck the body parts again. I can't find a connection between these body parts. But I think I saw something."
"Okay. Your lead Tony."
*NICS Parking Lot*
He carefully open his trunk, removing the plastic wrap and quickly dump an arm right in between bushes before anyone can see anything. After make sure no one would see him, he get into his car. He was careful enough not to park within CCTV range so the only thing he needs to do is get rid of the hoodie he's wearing right now. "That would do."
*Autopsy*
Ducky is busy looking into those body parts when Tony and Allison comes in. "Allison!"
"Hello Ducky. Good to see you."
"Thank you. What do I owe you fellas?"
Tony point at a mark on those parts. "That. What is that Ducky? Impression mark?"
Ducky then get to look closer, "Ah, yes. Good eyes Anthony. From the look and the color...It's a hit mark, like a corner of something. And it happened post mortem."
"Can you tell me if they hit the same thing?"
"From the look at it, yes. But to be sure, you have to ask Ms. Sciuto to look into it."
"Right..."
Tony then looks at Allison, she seems lost at a moment, "Hey Al?"
"What?"
"Something is wrong?"
"No. Nothing."
"Okay. Let's go to Abby's lab."
"I'll catch up. You can go without me."
"Alright." Soon after Tony left, Ducky knows something bothering Allison.
"May I know what is it that you want to tell me?"
"Uh...that obvious huh? Um, my breath pattern was improving after I took boxing class, but I could never reached my best....you know the way I used to. In your professional opinion, am I reaching my recovery limit?"
"Still having breathing problems?"
"No, not that bad. It's just...I hope it's not a damage that I can't fix."
"Well...what happened to you might caused some damage, sure. How bad....I cannot say for sure. But as long as it doesn't effect your performance, I think it's shouldn't be a problem."
"I know...I know...I'm just...."
"You feel vulnerable."
"Yeah."
"Hey! I'm sorry to interrupt. We got another severed arm." Tony suddenly burst in. "What? Where?"
"Right outside Al. Just on the left of our building."
"I'll check the CCTV and proceed the lockdown."
"Okay. I'm gonna get Dorneget to check the arm."
When Allison is checking the security footage, she can see a man in a dark blue hoodie put the arm on the bushes. But he knows exactly where the camera is so she can't get any face. "Damn he must've park just right out of camera's range. He's smart....he doesn't kill anyone...but this...why did he do that? Is he trying to get attention of someone inside NCIS? Yeah...that must be it." She then goes up to the squad room where McGee and Gibbs are already there with Tony.
"Okay. It might sound crazy...but I think somebody did the whole dumpster thing to get someone's attention in this office."
"Who?"
"I don't know McGee. But someone on this team. Think about this...if we could not solve this case, the next procedure is to move on and this case would be assigned to another team. After several days from the first incident, he start to dump another body parts. He's trying to keep us on this case. Ring a bell?"
"Oh yeah. Just like the case with Abby's ex boyfriend. I remember that." Tony recall the chaos in a hotel room a couple of years before.
