*Tony's apartment*

It's been 5 days since Gibbs told him that Allison is missing. He feels that he can't take it anymore and decided to get back to work, do anything that he can to find her.

As he's getting dressed, his dad comes in, with an envelope in his hand. He remember Allison's message about giving this to Tony. "Junior. I have something for you."
"Just put it on the table dad. I'll open it after work."
"Junior, I don't think you understand, it's..."
"Dad! Please! I need to get to work. I have to." Tony quickly snaps his coat and takes off.

"What are you saying Tobias?"
"They were right Gibbs. The coalition planned something in LA last week. We found a rocket launcher on one of their abandoned base.  Something cut their plan."
"You mean Grant following one of them, made them cut the plan?"
"Yes."
"Great. Now we have nothing. That base is our only lead."
"Not necessarily Gibbs. We found something else. You remember how some Navy personnel going nuts and butchered their families?"
"Yeah. That's one of their MO. Nothing new about that."
"We know how. We found the trace of this new drug, highly sophisticated. Basically they can control you, make you do or say anything for them."
"Which means, they would likely use it on Grant."
"Exactly."

Gibbs is frustrated, every days, minutes, the case itself isn't getting any better. "What I'm worry about Gibbs, Grant knew too much. She has enough high clearance to put our federal agencies on a limb. I'm afraid she will tell them many things."
"No. I wouldn't worry of that. I got more worries if she doesn't."
"What do you mean? There's no way you can fight the drug."
"You don't know her, do you? There's one secret about her. Not many knows about it. She compartmentalize. She can dump most of her memories into a locked space in her head, it's like they're not in her head. When she did that, there's no way they could access it. Because she can't give them what she doesn't have. And her life would be much shorter each times they're unable to squeeze her for information."

They watch her through the glass. She hasn't move all day, even a little bit. "She's not some ordinary woman. We have to find out who she is. No one was ever able to follow me without my knowledge. If it's not because of funny coincidence, she would be successful on catching, maybe killing me." Peyton looks at her with half anger and threatened. And then suddenly they see her laugh lightly, which kind of uneasy. "The drugs didn't work, the torture. We tried that many times." One of the men gives Peyton the recording of Allison's torture.

"Is it possible that one could bare these kind of torture? Maybe a training?"
"No sir. No way. She's genuinely can't remember anything. She has her own mechanism, is more likely."
"What kind of mechanism?"
"I once heard about an agent, a brainiac within federal agencies. I thought it was just a legend. But I think it's her."
"Which means she has a lot of classified details in those little head of hers? Right?"
"Yes. But like I said, we can't get any of it. It's more likely those memories are no longer there. Text book compartmentalizing lasts only a few days. It's been 6. She's probably already dump it all."
"So basically... she's useless?"
"I didn't say that. I think we still can brainwash her into something else. She might lose the memories, but she's still very skilled."
"And psychotic. Look at her."
"Exactly. We use their own weapon against them."

They put a video call in MTAC where McGee and Gibbs talking with Trent Kort who's currently in Canada.

"Gibbs."
"Kort." There's still a bad blood between them, especially after he took advantage of Gibbs a couple of years ago. "What do you got?"
"An intel. Another base."
"Where?"
"Canada. Not that far from our border."
"Ramili is there?"
"Unconfirmed, but we had a sight on one of his closest ally, Joan Mosadec. She just landed from Germany to Canada." He send a picture of a woman, black hair, young. Probably between late or early 30s.
