(The HeartBreak)

In the late evening, Sane rested her head on Gwin's chest. She feels good about herself that she got rid of the burden of her virginity, especially to someone she loves deeply.

Meanwhile, Gwin is in a situation of not knowing what to do. He knows if he tells Sane the truth about his fiancé, it will cause great horror between them.

He is certain there is no more love left in him for Sane. The moment he met Danisa, that when his feelings for Sane were immediately shattered.

Sane has her own worry. During intimate time she told him she loves him, and again after they were done, but he still hasn't said it back.

She ignores that thought, because probably it's going to take some time for them to reconnect. So she understands, at least for now.

"There is something I need to tell you." said Gwin.

His thoughts have made him realise secrets always cause harm in the end. He's anxious of faking his feelings to someone who deeply cares about him.

"What is it?" said Sane.

She rubs gently on his cheek with her noise, and Gwin begins to fluster.

"I'm getting married." Gwin finally tells her the truth.

Sane stops nuzzling on him, and she is in daze. After the conversation with her friends yesterday, she went home with dread that he might be married. And now her fear wasn't just fear. It was fear of reality .

She sat up quickly, digesting the disappointing news.

"At least you are not married yet." said Sane. "You can still cancel your engagement with her. Right?"

A frown appeared on Gwin, clearly not the response he was expecting.

"What? I can't do that Sane. I love her. And I want to marry her." said Gwin, polite as he can be.

"Love her? Gwin you promised you will come back and be with me." Sane is doing everything she can to keep  composure.

"Yes, and I did. I'm right here with you aren't I? I did not break my promise. But Sane, come on. It has been a very long time since we were apart. And I never thought we would actually pick up where we left off."

Sane glares at him with eyes that seem to be holding tears from spitting out.

"What are you saying? Are you going to marry her?"

Gwin doesn't respond, if he dares to reply to her question it will destroy her.

"What about us!?"

Sane exclaims, clearly got her answer from her ignored question.

"There is no us anymore Sane. That promise we made was to meet again on this very same day and we both have kept that promise. But it's time to move on with our lives now. We need to accept that we are history."

Sane's heart feels it being stabbed by a very sharp knife. Not so long ago she was feeling as if she was in heaven. She can't believe within minutes everything is turning into a nightmare. As if the devil had come and grabbed her to hell.

She rose out from the bed and she put on her clothes in a rush without saying  another word to Gwin.

Before she walks out of the room, Gwin stops her.

"I'm really sorry."

Sane's cheeks are wet. She turns to him with a scowl.

"I hope you burn in hell." said Sane.

So softly and she closed the door behind her, leaving Gwin covering his face with a pillow.
