New Year's Eve | Jikook 🌸

A/N: I know this is a couple days late, but what better way to do a holiday chapter then to make it two members from my ult group? 🤷‍♀️

BTS's Jimin X Jungkook

AU: Idol

Description: None of the other members know about Jikook's relationship... until the two kind of expose it to them.

"Beomgyu, don't touch that!" Namjoon yelled, sighing when the boy ran away with Kai. "Can you ever control your kids?"

"That's Hitman Bang's job," Soobin shrugged, taking a bite of his bread and walking away.

Namjoon groaned and turned to face Jin who was making snacks for the New Year's Eve party they were having at BigHit tonight.

"Who told Soobin he wasn't in charge of his group?" Jin's eyes widened and he kept his back turned away from Namjoon who sighed again. "You know what? Nevermind. I have to go do stuff. Where are Jimin and Jungkook?"

"We have to get up. It's probably like eight," Jimin whispered to Jungkook who groaned and hugged him tighter. Jimin rolled his eyes and sat up, grabbing his phone off the nightstand and gasping. "It's already 12:30!"

Jungkook's eyes shot open and he quickly stood up. "Where's my clothes?"

"Here!" Jimin yelled, throwing all of the clothing items at him and pushing him out. Jungkook had a pout on his face and Jimin stood on his tippytoes to gently kiss him. "Love you. I'll see you in a few, okay?"

Jungkook nodded and walked down the hall, not hearing the front door of the dorm opening and footsteps.

"Jungkook Hyung!" He heard a happy voice say from behind him.

He stopped dead in his tracks and bit his lip, realizing all he was wearing were shorts.

Could the happy voice by Hoseok?

No.

Could it be Taehyung or Yoongi?

Nah.

Wait...

Jungkook Hyung?

That didn't make any sense.

Unless...

Jungkook sighed.

"It's a member of TXT, isn't it?"

"Mhm. Your favorite one to be exact," Taehyun said, running up to him to give him a backhug. "How are you doing Hyu- oop." He just now noticed Jungkook was shirtless and tsked. "Did you oversleep in Jimin Hyung's room again?"

Jungkook turned around and nodded his head in shame. Taehyun was the only person who knew about the relationship after walking in on them making out in a room at BigHit. Sometimes, Jungkook was mad that he even knew in the first place, but Taehyun did help them get out of some sticky situations.

Hopefully this would be one of them.

"Can you um..."

Taehyun smiled and nodded, already knowing what he was gonna ask.

"I came over to stay the night with Jungkook and Jimin. I said I was gonna set an alarm so they wouldn't have to worry about it, but I fell asleep and forgot about it. I'm sorry Hyung," Taehyun hung his head as the two BTS members stood behind him, shocked that he could come up with such a story.

Namjoon crossed his arms over his chest and tilted his head to the side, knowing that Taehyun was lying.

"What? I'm telling the truth."

"Oh that's interesting because Beomgyu just told me that you and him were playing video games last night." Taehyun looked at Beomgyu who was sitting on the lounge's couch with his earbuds in and sighed.

"He meant to say Taehyung, not Taehyun."

"Taehyung was with me last night, kid."

Taehyun bit his lip and turned to face the two.

"I'm sorry. I have failed," he dramatically said, walking over to Beomgyu and sitting in the boy's lap to force him to cuddle.

Namjoon looked at Jungkook who was preparing for the worst, but Jimin stepped in the make up another excuse.

"He was in my room helping me plan a surprise party for Hobi Hyung's birthday in a couple months. We ended up falling asleep without setting an alarm."

"Stop. Just stop lying before I lose my mind. I don't even care why you guys woke up super late anymore. Jimin, I need you to go to the store to get the things on this list," he handed Jimin a list and the boy nodded, giving Jungkook a small smile before walking out. "Jungkook, I need you to get your video games and set up the TV since you know how all that stuff works."

"Are you a boomer, Hyung?" Namjoon glared at the boy and Jungkook winced, quickly nodding and running away.

After everything was set up, the boys of Bangtan Sonyeondan, Tomorrow By Together, and ENHYPEN all sat in the BigHit lounge playing video games and eating snacks.

"Niki, get off the bus!" Jungkook shouted.

"No! I hate the lab stop on this map! It's terrifying!" BigHit's youngest idol yelled back, making Jungkook groan and get back on the bus too.

They were playing Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2, and Jungkook assumed Niki would play it like him.

Yeah, he thought wrong.

"I ordered pizza," Namjoon said, walking back into the room where they all were.

"I made food though."

"Jin, you only made food for the seven of us. I understand that you didn't know ENHYPEN was coming, but Yeonjun, Soobin, Kai, and Beomgyu were literally hanging out around here all day. You could've gotten the hint that there would be more idols here."

Jin rolled his eyes playfully and gasped when Jungkook started yelling again.

They all looked at the screen and saw the words "Game Over", giggling at Jungkook's dramatic real life death sequence. Jimin playfully jumped on him and started tickling the younger, making everyone start laughing at Jungkook's struggling and screaming.

Then the two of them just sat on the floor and talked for a little bit while everyone else took turns playing Just Dance since COD was getting a little too competitive of a game for them.

Once the pizza came, it was already almost midnight so they ate it quickly and waited for the year to be over.

When the time turned 12:00 a.m., they were all happy, and then shocked when Jimin pulled Jungkook in to kiss him.

"What the f-" Namjoon cut himself off by covering his mouth, but someone continued it for him.

"-uck."

"Huening Kai!"
