X Men Animal Instincts

Ch. 3

                                                    Hayden POV 

I hear buzzing of machines, I felt something bout to prick my skin that fast my eyes flew open, I grabbed the woman who was about to stick me with a needle by the throat, pinning her to the table I was, 

I smelled the air, I'm no longer near a forest, that fast I ran out of the room hearing her cough, I look down I'm in a hospital gown, my sides were wrapped due to my injuries 

I pull off the sticky stickers on my chest stomach and forehead, I find a cabinet with sweat pants and hoodies so I put both on, 

'what are you doing?" I heard a voice like an echo 

I looked around worried, I hid, but soon the door slid open it was an elevator, not long it opened, and I hear rushing footsteps, and see a bunch of kids running down the stairs 

I hide behind a pillar, until they are gone, 

'where are you going, this way," a bunch of voices echo, 

I run down the hall way, until I hear more footsteps, I jump over a couch and open a door slamming it shut still looking at the door as I back up, 

Then I turn around to see a few kids and a man

"As I was say make sure you have the report on my desk by Monday" The man said 

All the kids got up and ran out of the room, 

"Good morning Hayden, would you like some breakfast," The man smiled as he wheeled towards me 

I didn't say anything, 

"I'm Charles Xavier my people brought you here," He said 

then the door opened and the woman walked in, 

I took a step back, 

"Were not here to hurt you Hayden," He said 

"This is Jean Grey," He said 

"We are here to help you," He said 

Then a flashback with the mean scientist, 

"I'm here to help you," He said as he had me strapped to the table as he held a needle in his hands 

"Were not like them Hayden," He said 

How did he-

"You're not the only one with gifts, where are you going over there," A few voice echoed in my mind 

It was him? I thought 

"Hayden let us help you," He said 

I don't know how but I agreed now I'm on the table in a machine, that is flashing,

                                               Third Person POV 

Jean, Logan, Scott and The Professor were in the room, as Jean was showing them the x-ray's 

"Her entire skeletal system is broken, all her bones are broken," Jean said 

"How is that even possible?" Scott said 

"I don't know, Then there is this," Jean said showing them her spine where there was a drilled hole, 

"What the hell is that?" Logan said 

"It looks as if someone drilled into her spine, for some reason" Professor said as he wheeled closer to the X-Rays 

"One thing I am certain of though is she doesn't trust anyone," Professor said 

                                            Hayden POV 

"This is where you'll be staying," Jean said opening the door, 

I looked around, I've never been in a nice room like this before, 

"Logan will be next door, and me and Scott are down the hall," She said 

I nodded 

"S-sorry if.." I tried to get the words out but my voice was a little brittle from not talking in so long, 

"It's alright," She said smiling at me, 

With that she walked out, 

I laid on the bed, holding the pillow with my arms, as I snuggled my head into the pillow, it was so soft,
