Ch. 9

                                             Hayden POV 

We slowly walked into the lab where, Jean gave me a change of clothing, 

"Lay on the table please," the professor said 

"Don't have much of a choice do I?" I said a bit angry, 

Logan pushed me, 

"Less attitude and do it," He said 

I sighed in frustration, 

I felt the headache starting to emerge from transforming, 

"Were going to do some scan's" Jean said 

"Again?" I asked 

"Didn't you already do that?" I asked 

"Yes, but I must see something just to be sure," Professor said 

I sighed, 

and like that I'm back in the tube where it is taking pictures of my skeleton, 

I closed my eyes, I have a thing about small spaces, when I'm a wolf or an animal I don't mind it because I know I can get out of it, but human I feel too valuable, 

                                        Logan POV 

After the scan's Professor had me, Jean and Scott in a separate room, 

we were looking at the x-ray

"Just as I predicted," Professor said wheeling towards the x-ray

"What?" I asked 

"Every time Hayden transforms she has to break every bone in her body in order to take that shape," He said 

My eyes widen in shock, 

"That has to hurt," Scott said 

"Indeed, could explain her hostility, aside from her background," Professor said 

"Aside from that there is this," Jean said showing a brain scan 

The brain wall all lit up red, 

"What is that?" I asked 

"Swelling in the brain," She said 

"That is one massive headache," Scott said 

"Indeed," Professor said 

"Until we figure this out, Logan I want you to work with her," He said 

"Why me?" I said 

"Because you have similar background's and if anyone can help her control her anger that would be you," Professor said 

"I don't know about that," I said 

"What afraid you can't handle a teenager?" Scott said 

I rolled my eyes 

"No," I said 

"Splendid" Professor said 

"Maybe you can help her channel some of that anger, it seems she's like she could use a guid considering," Professor said 

I sighed, 

                                          Hayden POV 

I sat up on the table jumping off, 

This is stupid, I thought walking out, 

I took the elevator to the room they gave me, 

I don't belong here, I don't belong anywhere, I thought as I sat at the window sill, I sighed 

I hear someone walk in the room, 

I look too see Logan, 

"Something on your mind kid?" He said 

I just rolled my eyes, 

"We need to talk," He said 

I arched my brow,
