Your POV
We arrived in Chicago at nightfall, just like Optimus said. Right now, I'm looking around for a place to hide. I found an abandoned church. I opened the door and went inside. First thing I saw was a bookbag that had stuff inside. I saw a figure on a mattress. I looked at the figure closely. It was a male, about the same age as Optimus and Hide. Then he began to wake up. I kept calm and tried to look at his face. He turned his head and rubbed his eyes. After he rubbed his eyes, I saw his blue eyes, just like someone I know
"Sir? Are you okay?" I ask
He looks at me with relief and happiness. He stood up before smiling at me
"It's good to see you again." He says
My (E/C) eyes widen with shock and relief
"Ratchet?" I ask, shaking a bit
He nods. I jog over to him a bit before we hug each other, happy to see each other. I felt tears on my shoulder
"God, it's good to see you again, Ratchet." I tell him, with some tears
"Same here, (Y/N)." He says
We pull away
"I'll be right back. I have to get the others." I tell him
"I'll be here." He tells me
I head to the others
~Time Skip~
I head over to Optimus' alt-form as his hologram and Hide waited for me
"I found a place. And someone else alive." I tell them
"Who?" Hide asks
"You'll see." I tell him, before getting in Optimus' alt-form
~Time Skip~
Once we get to the church. The Autobots transformed once we arrived. Crosshairs transforms before letting Tessa and Shane out
"That's the last time, I let you two ride with me." Cross says, pointing at the two
"What's your problem, man!?" Shane shouts
"My problem, is that you and your girlfriend keep making kissy-faces at each other and it's making me sick." Cross says, crossing his arms over his chest
"Ok, Tessa we need to talk. Lucky Charms, you stay over with the others." Cade says, taking Tessa out of earshot
Shane looks at me and the others
"Can't you talk to him?" Shane asks me
"If I tried it wouldn't change his mind." I tell him
"I have an idea. We're all tired, so why don't we get some sleep for tomorrow? We've got a big day ahead of us." Hound says
"Yes! Yes, that is a good idea. Tomorrow, I'll scout out KSI from here. Tessa and Shane will go out and steal essentials only. So clothes, food, anything you might think of is useful. Whilst, Hide and Hound go check out KSI from the ground." Cade says, coming in
I look at him, with a raised eyebrow
"You've got this planned out alright, haven't you?" I ask
Drift hummed, "Apparently so, but the choice whether we should go through with this plan or not, isn't up to you." Drift says, as we looked at Optimus
