Your POV
It's been a few weeks since Ironhide proposed to me. That night he proposed to me, we had a night to ourselves. If you know what I mean. Sides and Bee went for a drive. A few days after that night, I've been having throwing up. We didn't know what it was but hopefully it's nothing serious. Right now, I'm waiting for Cade. I saw Cade pull up. Once he parked I head over to him.
"Took you long enough." I tell him, leaning against the driver door
He laughs a bit.
"Sorry (Y/N). Had to take care of something at home." He tells me
I nod
"How are you and Hide doing, after he proposed?" He asks
"Good. Uh, I've been feeling a bit off." I tell him
"How so?" He asks
"Nothing too bad. Just been throwing up and becoming more tired." I tell him
"Do you think you could be pregnant?" He asks
"I don't know. I'll find out when we're finished here. I already have a test to check." I tell him
He nods. Then we hear music.
"Look who decided to show up." Cade says
I smile and let him out. Once Cade got his bag. We headed over to Lucas.
"What, the surf report no good at Sal Padre?" Cade asks
"The waves are flat and I've got no gas. You know this, Cade." Lucas says, while checking out two girls
I roll my eyes
"Hey, you're paying me on this right, Cade? Please tell me, I'm getting paid." Lucas says
"You know, Lucas, a lot of guys are just happy for a job at all." I tell him
"Yeah, I suppose." Lucas says
"You guys got cash on you?" Cade asks
"I have some. Not a lot." I tell him
Lucas gives a little 'yeah'.
~Time Skip~
After talking to some guys. We begin to look around. The place was run down but it held memoires for Cade and Lucas from what Cade told me. As we looked around. Lucas and Cade were talking.
"Hey, remember this place when we were kids?" Lucas asks Cade
I look towards the men.
"How many girls do you think you brought here in High School?" Lucas asks
"I only remember one." Cade answers
I smile at Cade. From what Cade told me. His wife was a really amazing woman. I get snapped out of my thoughts from a crash. I look towards Lucas. When he groaned in pain from falling over a pile of films. I chuckle a bit.
"That's why you didn't make the Varsity Team." Cade tells him
I shake my head at them. I look around, then I saw a truck sitting on the side. It had bullet holes in it. I climb on the driver side. It moved a bit. I held on. Once I opened the door. A lot of mortar shells fell out. I pick one up and look at it.
