Here lies my life’s work, my most prized possession, an account of my time in the glorious Fade Citadel of Ulth’Wakai.
I start by saying to the humble reader that what you shall read will be astounding even impossible but it is all true and I hope you come to accept it as I did. After overcoming the initial shock of the truths I learned in the Fade Citadel I was moved to my very core. All that we have thought to be true is but a magnificent illusion woven before us by entities more powerful than we can possibly imagine.
But before I get ahead of myself let me tell the reader the story of how I ended up in the Fade Citadel.
