I had never in my entire life seen something so beautiful, so complex and so gloriously alluring like the Fade Citadel of Ulth’Wakai. It looked as if it was a city of some alien race more complex and advanced than us and capable of performing magic far beyond our mortal capabilities.
The Citadel was floating in the air and some parts of it resembled complex 3-Dimensional geometrical figures, some parts were attached to the main structure by bridges of light and the overall effect was transcendent. I could scarcely believe my eyes and was constantly thinking that this was some kind of amazing dream from which I would suddenly wake up.
For all my worth I could not take my eyes off the magnificent visage of the Fade Citadel of Ulth’Wakai. The demon on the other hand was curiously looking around for something and suddenly he distracted me by a magical wisp much to my annoyance. I quickly retorted by commanding it to never do so again but I soon found out why it did so. We were surrounded by more than a dozen spirits some warriors, some archers and other mages.
One amongst them came forward and raised his blade at me and asked who I was and what I was doing here. The demon seemed content to be silent so I spoke that I was a human mage who had come to the Fade using a powerful and ancient artifact. To this the demon chuckled and the spirit shouted a command and every spirit seemed ready to attack me at any moment. I immediately raised the pendant and commanded the spirits present there to stop. Then suddenly all the spirits lowered their weapons and dispelled their magic.
