The moment she turned to face the tall male, she was instantly greeted with a grin spread across his lips. It wasn't a pleasant one, no. It was one of his trademarks; one of the smug grins that would always cross his face whenever she's around him, and it was starting to annoy her very badly. A scoff of amusement and irritation nearly departed from her, but she stopped herself. She had a feeling his little façade wouldn't last long.
"Hello, Pervert-chan." He cocked his head to the side, his golden hazel eyes narrowing a bit as he stared down at her figure, "Long time no see." Inwardly, she breathed out. A part of her wanted to tell him off so badly but she managed to keep her composure.
"Hello." (Y/N) simply replied.
"Well, isn't this interesting?" Tsukishima crossed his arms, "I can't believe you actually get to see my humble abode. You should be honored, you know? Inviting people I barely know in my house isn't something I normally do," He paused for a moment and his grin fell slightly, "Nor do I let people in for tutoring sessions when I barely even tutor at all. Curse Tadashi..."
While she wondered how Yamaguchi even got him to agree to let them stay at his place for a group study, the tall blond shook his head and started to walk off. "But, I suppose you're an exception. Come on. We shouldn't keep them waiting." (Y/N) quietly followed behind, at the same time maintaining a fair and safe distance from him.
"You got a failing score, I presume?" Tsukishima questioned as they descended the stairs, peering over his shoulder to glance at her. She only gave him a look however, and it was more than enough for a response. A snicker left his upturned lips,
"I rest my case."
When they had reached the kitchen, he pulled a chair from the dining table and sat on it. Placing an elbow on the wooden surface, he rested his chin on his knuckles and hummed as he seemed to recall something,
"Now that I remember, I don't think I have any more snacks around. My dumbass of a brother probably ate the remaining. Oh well. Even if he didn't, I doubt that it would be enough for everyone anyways." The boy sighed as he shrugged his shoulders at (Y/N), who stood silently near the doorframe. "I could give you some money and make you run to the store, but that might take you a while."
Tsukishima started to drum his fingers on the wooden surface. One by one, each of his fingers tapped on the table, and it filled the silence that lingered through the air. The sounds were soft, but they seemed to grow louder as the seconds passed.
Finally, he came to a stop, and he redirected his gaze toward (Y/N) yet again. "Ah, but we do have some fruit. You can cut them up and place them in a bowl for all I care." Tsukishima pointed at something, and her eyes followed. On the counter situated near the stove were a basket of fruits.
Her (E/C) hues glanced back at him questioningly as she inquired, "You're not going to help me?" This made him scoff,
"Of course not." The tall blond snickered, "Don't tell me that you've forgotten what your job is during your little break from me, Pervert-chan. What kind of an errand girl would you be if no one tells you to do things? Surely you must have missed being ordered around, right?" (Y/N) sent him a silent glare as she watched him stretch out his arms, a small grunt of pleasure escaping him as he did so. He continued after, another smirk making its way across his lips, but it was more subtle this time.
"And it's been such a long day for me. The two-day exam period had caused me to have a horrible migraine and I'm still recovering from it. Good thing I passed all subjects. It wasn't a big deal, really." Tsukishima shrugged. If he was purposefully trying to irritate her, it was working quite well. "So please, do me a favor and don't make this hard for me, Pervert-chan."
