Kei stood at the front door, stating at the person who gave him a friendly smirk. Tetsuro. Why was he here? That question was running around his brain, yet no answer.
"Hey, who's there, Kei?" Akiteru poked his head out of his bedroom. Kei turned around in panic. He quickly shoved Tetsuro out the door, and gave his brother a nervous smile.
"Uh...just a school friend, hang on, I need a word with him." Kei walked outside. Akiteru watched his little brother frantically shut the door. He shrugged, then went back to his business.
    Kei and Tetsuro were standing at the side of the house. Tetsuro looking around, and Kei holding back from swearing at him. He took a deep breath, and sighed.
"What... are you doing here?" He gritted his teeth. Tetsuro glanced at him and chuckled.
"I just wanted to come and see you." He shrugged. Kei scoffed.
"What about school? Your volleyball club?" He asked.
"We have a day off today." Tetsuro said. "Now, I would've gone to Kenma's, but he said he didn't want to see me, so...?" He added.
"And I totally agree with him." Kei rolled his eyes.
"Speaking of which...why aren't you at school?" Tetsuro asked. Kei flinched, and saw Tetsuro crack a smile.
"Um..." Kei mumbled. "I...was seeing my mother, and we stayed there for a long time, so..." He rubbed his neck. Tetsuro smiled at him
"Awe, that's real sweet of you~" He teased.
"Screw off." Kei grumbled. Tetsuro laughed.
"Anyway, aren't you going to invite me in, Tsuki?" He asked. Kei glared at him.
"No...why would I- no." He said. Tetsuro pouted, which Kei found cute, but he didn't want to admit.
"Why not?~" Tetsuro whined. Kei rolled his eyes.
"Because, my brother is home." He said.
"So? This could be my chance to meet him?" Tetsuro climbed onto him.
"No way, I'm not letting you meet my brother." Kei scoffed.
"Is it so wrong to meet my future brother-in-law?" Tetsuro mumbled. Kei looked at him with a blushed face. Oops. Tetsuro didn't mean to let that slip. He shrugged it off, and took it as a joke.
"Your WHAT?" Kei snapped. Tetsuro let him go, and out his hands up.
"Just a joke, nothing serious." He smirked. Kei glared at him, and smacked his face.
"Please?" Tetsuro begged. Kei gritted his teeth.
"Will you leave if I introduce you to my brother?" He asked. Tetsuro's face lit up.
"Yeah, that'll do!" He cheered. Kei rolled his eyes, as he lead the other boy into the house.
   Tetsuro made his way into the home.
"It's decent." He shrugged. Kei narrowed his eyes at him.
"Was that an insult or a compliment?" He asked.
"Hmm...little bit of both." Tetsuro said. Kei sighed.
"My brother is in his room, he had an exam in a few days, so don't bother him." He said. Tetsuro walked over to the kitchen, so did Kei.
"Do you cook?" Tetsuro asked.
"Hm?" Kei looked over his shoulder. "Um, yes, simple meals, that is, like ramen, and sushi." He said, as he opened the fridge. "And I can bake." He pulled out a strawberry cake on a plate. Tetsuro gave him an impressed smile.
"Never knew someone like you could bake." He shook his head.
"It was because of his love for strawberries." A voice rang. Kei looked over his shoulder, and Tetsuro turned around. Standing there was Akiteru.
"Oh, hey, Akiteru..." Kei said.
"This your brother?" Tetsuro asked. Kei shot a glare at him. Akiteru chuckled, and walked up to Tetsuro.
"Tsukishima Akiteru, Kei's older brother." He said. "And you are?"
Tetsuro shook his hand. "Kuroo Tetsuro, high school 3rd year, from Nekoma High, captain of their volleyball team, position, middle blocker."
Akiteru raised an eyebrow. "That's impressive." He said.
"Hm, I known, I know." Tetsuro said. Akiteru nodded.
"How do you know Kei?" He asked. Tetsuro opened his mouth to answer, but Kei said something instead, he knew what Tetsuro might say.
"Uh, he's one of my rivals, Karasuno and Nekoma have sorta like a frenemie relatonship together." Kei said.
"Is that so?" Akiteru asked. Kei nodded.
"Hm, well, that's surprising, always thought Yamaguchi was your only friend." Akiteru joked. Tetsuro snickered, and Kei glared at both of them.
"I'm kidding, I know you're able to make friends." Akiteru sighed.
"By the way, what was that you said about Kei's 'love for strawberries'?" Tetsuro asked. Kei glanced at Akiteru, who smiled.
"I'd be happy to tell you!" He said.
"What- Akiteru, no!" Kei blushed a bit. Akiteru chuckled, and sat down across from Tetsuro.
"Well, there was this one time when Kei was 5..." Akiteru said.
"Oh my God..." Kei slumped onto the kitchen wall.
"And Kei tried a strawberry for the first time, and what do you know, it was like love at first sight!" Akiteru beamed. Kei could feel his face burn up.
"That's adorable." Tetsuro chuckled.
"Yeah, and ever since then, Kei's love for strawberries grew bigger and bigger, and then he chose to learn how to bake, because he was in this faze where he'd always crave strawberry pastries." Akiteru laughed.
"Please shut up..." Kei covered his face.
"No, no, continue, this is quite amusing." Tetsuro said. Kei groaned. Akiteru smiled nervously.
"Aha, I should go back to studying, only 3 more days until that test!" He stood up, and left. Tetsuro looked over at Kei, who was mumbling to himself with embarrassment. Tetsuro chuckled nervously.
"No need to be embarrassed, Tsuki." He laughed.
"Whatever, you don't have any siblings, so you don't know what it's like to have your personal information be called out." Kei grumbled.
"Haha..." Tetsuro smiled. "I like your brother, is he in college?" He asked.
"Yes." Kei sat down. He placed the strawberry cake on the table.
"He's in an astronomy major, while also squeezing in working as a barista." He explained. Tetsuro, once again, was impressed.
"So he's like you, you both are taking classes, while working your asses off at the sametime." He said. Kei rolled his eyes.
"No, Akiteru works mostly during the day, I'm always working in the middle of the night, far away from my home." He said. "But then again... Akiteru does work more than me, I only work one shift, while he chose to work 24/7, his breaks are only an hour." He tapped on the table. Tetsuro gazed at him, as the blonde took a bite out of the cake.
"Hey, Kei? I'm going to work now!" Akiteru called out. Kei looked above Tetsuro.
"Oh, alright." He said. Akiteru slipped on his jacket.
"I'll be back by 6, do you want me to buy something for dinner?" He asked. Kei shook his head.
"No, I'll make something." He said.
"Well ok, I'll see you later, Kuroo can stay here for a while, if he likes." Akiteru smiled. "Ok, bye!"
Kei watched out the window, as his brother pulled out the driveway. He sighed, and took another piece of cake.
"Is your brother dating anyone." Tetsuro asked, all of a sudden. Kei choked on his cake.
"Um, I don't think so, he's never been interested in anyone, as far as I know..." He rubbed his hands. "Why are you evening asking? You interested in him?" He asked. Tetsuro shook his head.
"Nah, just wondering, he seems like the type that would be dating someone." He shrugged. He glanced over at Kei, who had some strawberry syrup on his lip. He wiped Kei's lip without warning. Kei flinched as the soft touch of Tetsuro's fingers carressed his lips. Tetsuro wiped his mouth, and licked his finger.
"Kuroo...what the heck?" Kei cringed. Tetsuro chuckled.
"You had something on your lip." He said. Kei glared at him.
"You could've just told me." He rolled his eyes.
"Haha, stiff as usual..." Tetsuro placed his chin on his hands.
"Shut up." Kei stood up. He put the cake back in the fridge.
"Do you want to do anything?" He asked. Tetsuro shrugged.
"Whatever you want to do would be fine." He said. Kei blushed at that little suggestion.
"Uh, let's go to my room..."
~***☆¤☆¤☆¤☆***~
Kei and Tetsuro were in Kei's room. Tetsuro lying on Kei's bed, and Kei on his desk chair.
"So this is your room?" Tetsuro asked.
"Yeah. Why, do you not like it?" Kei shrugged. Tetsuro shook his head.
"No, no, it's actually very aesthetic." He smiled.
"Oh, thank you." Kei mumbled.
"And I noticed the amount of posters you have, must have a thing for music, huh?" Tetsuro asked. Kei nodded hesitantly.
"Yeah...all the posters are the singer's I personally like." He said.
"Hmm...oh! You also like Kaai Yuki?" Tetsuro popped his head up. Kei looked over at a  poster with a vocaloid on it. He blushed. He had forgotten that was there.
"Um...yes. It's actually kind of embarrassing..." He laughed nervously.
"That's ok, I know many vocaloids, too." Tetsuro said.
"Right...uh, what's your favorite song by Kaai Yuki?" Kei asked. Tetsuro side-eyed him.
"Only if you tell me yours first." He said. Kei scoffed.
"I asked first." He said. Tetsuro chuckled.
"Ok, let's just say it together." He shrugged.
"Sure, fine." Kei said.
1...2...3!
"Lost Umbrella."
"Lost Umbrella."
Kei and Tetsuro looked at each other.
"Pfft..." Tetsuro smirked. Kei blushed a bit, then looked away.
"Haha, that was unexpected." Tetsuro laughed. Kei stuck his tongue out at him, which made the bed-head laugh more.
"Why do I think that you only like it because the singer's voice sounds like your's?" He raised an eyebrow. Kei narrowed his eyes at him.
"No, of course not, I don't like the song because it sounds like me who's singing." He rolled his eyes. Tetsuro chuckled again.
"But anyway, it's still a nice song." He shrugged.
"Yeah...it is." Kei agreed. "I, uh, listen to it all the time." He smiled sheepishly.
"Do you? Eh, I do too." Tetsuro said. He looked at the blonde, who was smiling, something he'd rarely do. It was a nice smile. Or, from Tetsuro's perspective, a beautiful smile. Kei sighed.
"Hm...You wanna watch a movie?" He asked. Tetsuro shrugged.
"Why not?"
~~~●○●○●○●○●○●○●~~~
After 2 hours, or so, they watched 3 movies.
Tetsuro looked over to his side, and saw that Kei had fallen asleep. He smiled, and laid his head on his shoulder.
  15 minutes after the 3rd movie ended, Kei woke up.
"Morning sunshine." Tetsuro smiled. Kei flinched. He quickly got off of Tetsuro, with a  flushed face.
"Uh, what time is it?" Kei took off his glasses.
"Um, it's almost 4:30." Tetsuro looked at his phone. Kei yawned.
"I'll get going now, oh, will you be at the club tonight?" Tetsuro stood up. Kei scowled at him. He shook his head.
"No, after last times fiasco, I won't be there for a while..." He said. Tetsuro chuckled nervously, patting the back of his head.
"Sorry about that." He shrugged. Kei placed his glasses back on.
"Well, you can leave now." He said.
They both walked to the front door, as Tetsuro opened the door to leave.
"So, see you next time?" He said. Kei rolled his eyes.
"Whatever." He grumbled. Tetsuro laughed. He stepped out the door, but before he left, he grabbed Kei, and whispered into his ear.
"Also...earlier when you asked me if I was interested in your brother...I think I prefer his little brother a bit more."
Tetsuro let go of Kei's arm, and walked away. Kei was standing there in shock, his face all red. He watched as the rooster-head made his way into his car, and drove away.
That...damn rooster-head pervert!
Hope you enjoyed this chapter! I have school tomorrow, so it'll be back to the same routine, updates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!
Oh, and here's the song "Lost Umbrella", the original one, and the one that has Tsukishima's voice- (No, the one that sounds like Tsukishima isn't really sung by his voice actor, the cover just sounds like him.)
Have a nice day, and I'll see you this weekend!
