After the group finished their food, they all split up the bill.

"Uwah~ That was delicious." Tetsuro stretched his arms. "What time is it?" He asked. Kei pulled out it phone, and turned it on.
"It's 2:30." He said. Tetsuro nodded in reply.
"Do you guys wanna do anything else?" Akaashi asked. Kei shook his head.
"No thanks, I'm gonna head home, before my brother starts worrying." He said.
"You have a brother?" Bokuto asked. Kei nodded.
"Um, yes, I thought you guys already knew." He said.
"Well, we didn't know, but Kuro must've." Akaashi said. Kei sighed.
"Ok, well, Kuro, I need to get back to your house to grab my things." He said. Tetsuro nodded.
"Ok, well, we'll be going now, bye." He waved. Bokuto and Akaashi waved back, as they headed the other way.

Kei and Tetsuro made it back to the house. Tetsuro was standing in the living room, as Kei gathered his stuff.

"Ok, I think that's it." Kei mumbled to himself.
"Will you be taking the train home, or...?" Tetsuro asked. Kei bit his lip.
"Uh, you could take me home, if you want to..." He scratched his neck. Tetsuro smiled, and nodded.
"Sure, get in the car, I'll be there in a second." He said. Kei nodded, and headed out the door.

A few minutes later, Tetsuro made it out of his house, as Kei watched him lock the door.

"You ready?" Tetsuro asked.
"Yeah." Kei said. Tetsuro unlocked the doors, and walked to the other side of the car. Kei threw his things into the back seat, and got into the passengers seat. He and Tetsuro buckled their seatbelts, and Tetsuro started the car.
"Get ready, Kei~ You'll be stuck in a car with me for 4 hours." Tetsuro smirked. Kei rolled his eyes.
"Whatever, this isn't the first time." He said. Tetsuro chuckled, as he drove away from the house.

During the drive, Tetsuro had turned on the radio, and sang non-stop to Kei, at his annoyance.

"Kuroo-san...this has been going on for over 30 minutes." Kei scowled. Kuroo rolled his eyes, and smiled.
"Ok, ok, sorry, I'll stop." He said. Kei sighed, and looked out the window. It was already 3:30, and they'd arrive back to Miyagi by 6, or later.
"How is your mother doing?" Tetsuro broke the silence. Kei flinched, and looked back at him.
"Hm? Don't forget that you were the one who told me about her in the hospital." Tetsuro said.
"Oh, right..." Kei mumbled. "Erm, she's doing fine, I guess." He said. Tetsuro raised an eyebrow.
"You hesitated, is something wrong?" He asked, putting his eyes back on the road. Kei sighed.
"Ok, I'll be honest, I have no idea if she's even getting better, or not, 'cause everytime I go visit her, she still looks the same." He explained.
"Is that so?" Tetsuro asked.
"Y-yes..." Kei whispered. The two sat in silence for a bit. Tetsuro glanced at Kei, who was trembling, and seemed like he was on the verge of tears. He took one hand off the wheel, and patted Kei's back.
"Hey, don't cry..." He said. Kei quickly wiped his eye.
"I-I wasn't..." He said.
"And yet, you're still a terrible liar." Tetsuro shook his head. Kei scoffed, and stuck his tongue out at him. Tetsuro smiled.

Yeah, don't cry, it pains me to see you do that...

They made it back to Miyagi. Kei stared out his window, while Tetsuro whistled a tune, tapping in the steering wheel.

They made it back to Kei's house. Kei un-buckled his seat belt, and turned towards Tetsuro.
"Thank you for the ride." He said. Tetsuro smiled.
"Hm, no problem." He said. They both got out of the car, Tetsuro helping Kei with his things.

They walked up to the front porch, and Kei rang the doorbell. The door swung opened in a second.

"Kei!" Akiteru said.
"Hey, Akiteru, sorry for arriving late." Kei said.
"Oh, no, it's ok." Akiteru smiled. He looked at Tetsuro, who gave him a little wave.
"Tetsuro! You're welcome to stay here, if you'd like." Akiteru offered. Tetsuro shook his head.
"No, I need to get back home, besides, I don't think Kei would be so happy if I stayed here." He smiled. Kei rolled his eyes, as he took off his shoes. Akiteru shrugged.
"Well, it is your choice, Kei, there's food for you in the fridge." He called out.
"Yeah, thanks!" Kei shouted back. Akiteru left the door, leaving Tetsuro leaning in the doorway.
