Kei's heart beat sped up. He hasn't seen his father for like, almost 4 years, he was obviously nervous! He didn't know what to do, heck, he was more worried about what his father would do!
"Tsukishima? Is everything alright? You're shaking..." Akaashi put his hand over Kei's. Kei looked down in panic.
"Akaashi-san...my dad is here..."
Akaashi's eyes widen. He knew what happened between Kei and his father, Kei had told him the entire story at the last training camp they had. He clenched his teeth.
"Look, you can go hide, I'll tell your co-workers what you're going through, and call you when he leaves." He whispered. Kei nodded quickly. He was lucky to have Akaashi by his side. Kei ran out to the employee room, thinking that was his safe-haven, since only employees could go there, obviously.Akaashi, on the other hand, was nervous. He knew everything, and I mean every little f*cking thing that happened. He looked at Bokuto and Tetsuro. Bokuto, looking like he was about to pass out, and Tetsuro somehow looking like he's almost sober.
"Where's Tsuki?" Tetsuro asked, rubbing his forehead.
"Shh, don't say his name out loud!" Akaashi whispered. Tetsuro was confused.
"Why?" He whispered back. Akaashi scoffed.
"You know how Tsukishima and his father didn't have such a good relationship with each other?" He asked. Tetsuro nodded slowly. He didn't completely understand, Kei has only ever told him that he and his father never got along."Well, his dad is here, and I mean, he's in the club." Akaashi said. Tetsuro's face then became concerned. He didn't know the full story behind Kei and his father, but he knew it was trouble.
"Where's Tsuki?" He whispered.
"I think I saw him go to the employee room." Akaashi said. Tetsuro nodded, as he headed over. Akaashi quickly grabbed his arm.
"What are you doing, you can't go in there!" He said. Tetsuro smiled.
"It's fine, they'll make an acception for me." He shrugged. Akaashi scoffed, as he let him go.Tetsuro was at the door of the employee room. He knocked on it. It was a moment of silence for a minute, then he heard some shuffling in there. The door cracked open a bit.
"Oh...It's just you." Kei sighed with relief.
"Are you ok?" Tetsuro asked. Kei nodded, as he opened the door all the way to let Tetsuro in.
"You're dad's here." Tetsuro said.
"Yeah, I know..." Kei mumbled. Tetsuro stared at him.
"Could you...tell me what happened between you guys?" He asked. Kei flinched. He was trembling. Tetsuro patted his head.
"You don't have to tell me." He said. Kei shook his head.
"No, it's about time you figured out what happened..." he said. Tetsuro nodded, as he took a seat, and listened to what Kei had to say.
"Well, let's start with the beginning..."When I was born, we were a happy family, me being the new born, and Akiteru was six at the time.
Mom worked as a high school English teacher, while my dad was a company intern. When I was born, mom took some time off for a few months to take care of me, while my brother went to school, and my father went to work.
After I was about 6 months old, my mom hired a nanny to take care of me. She was really nice and caring, from what Akiteru had said.
We really were a happy family. Though, it all changed, a few weeks after my 13th birthday, Akiteru was 19...
Father was always coming home late at night, and we never knew why. Until one morning, we found him laying on the couch with some lady.
Mom and father had a huge fight that morning, it lasted almost an hour. Akiteru and I were told to leave to school immediately.
When we came back home, it seemed like mom and father weren't talking to each other for the rest of the day. Akiteru told me that it'd be best if I didn't say anything, so I listened to him.
