Back at the camp, Yamaguchi was still on the line with Akiteru. "So, you're saying that Kei just left?! Like that?! Not even saying anything?!" He panicked.
"Y-yes, that's what I've been saying..." Yamaguchi said.
"Yamaguchi." Ukai said.
"Yes? Hold, Akiteru..." Yamaguchi said, as he covered the speaker with his hand. "Yes, coach?""Do you mind giving us your phone? We'd like to have a talk with Tsukishima's brother." Takeda asked. Yamaguchi nodded.
"Akiteru, the coaches wanna speak with you." He said.
"Ok, give them the phone." Akiteru said. Yamaguchi handed Takeda his phone."Um, is this Tsukishima Kei's brother?" He asked.
"Yes, Tsukishima Akiteru speaking." Akiteru said.
"Yes, yes, Akiteru, we'd like to have a word with you for a moment." Takeda said.
"Go ahead.""Ok, so, has your brother ever done something like this before? Leaving the place without saying anything?"
"...Yes, Kei once snuck out of the house to see a friend, but he came back in time before I called the police."
"Ok, do your parents know anything about this?"Akiteru paused. He didn't like talking about his parents.
"Er...well, this was a little while back, um, out parents weren't home at the time...though."
"Anything else?""Well, our parents are currently in a mess right now, they're not on speaking terms- actually, they refuse to even look at each other."
"...Ok...how long has this been going?"
"Oh...um...j-just maybe a few weeks?"Akiteru had to lie. He was embarrassed, and he didn't want anyone else to get involved his family drama.
"Uhuh, and where are your parents now?"
"C'mon, just call the cops, and have them search for Tsukishima, or whatever his name is!" Oikawa whined. All of Karasuno, including Tetsuro, Akaashi, and Bokuto, glared at the captain-setter, making Oikawa flinch. Iwaizumi rolled his eyes. He grabbed Oikawa by his shirt collar."You better stop acting up, or else Ima make your (pancake) ass pay for it..." He whispered. Oikawa blushed, and decided to just stay quiet. Hey, if anything, he'd like to keep his ability to walk while he can.
"Ok, so, does your brother have anything else to do with on the city? Does he maybe have some friends there?"
"Er...Kei does have a few friends in Tokyo."
"Ok, please hold for a second.""Anybody else here know a thing or two about Tsukishima?" Takeda asked. Akaashi, Bokuto, and Tetsuro raised their hands.
"We're pretty close with him." Akaashi said. Takeda nodded.
"Has there been anything off with Tsukishima?" He asked. The three boys looked at each other."Um...He has some family issues right now, but I promised not to say anything more than that..." Akaashi scratched his neck.
"Uhuh...now, this might sound a little weird, but is he employed?" Takeda asked. "Like, does he have a part time job?"
"Um..." Akaashi mumbled. He looked at Bokuto and Tetsuro, who just shrugged.I shouldn't tell them, it's Tsukishima's place to tell them about that... Akaashi thought.
"No, Tsukishima is not employed." He said.
"Ok, thank you." Takeda said. He went back to the phone call with Akiteru."Akiteru? I think we have enough information, but thank you for helping us! We'll call you back immediately once we find your brother!"
Akiteru sighed with relief.
"Yes, thank you!"Takeda handed Yamaguchi back his phone. "Ukai, it's almost two in the morning, should we let the campers head back to bed?" Naoi asked. Ukai sighed.
"I guess we could, should we call the police?" He suggested. All the coaches nodded.
"I'll call them." Takeda said, as he brought out his phone.
