This chapter will probably be the last one I post today, I already posted 4 :).
So this chapter will cover some things that you can do to increase your chances for shifting!

-Make sure you're drinking a lot of water during the day; shifting is very strenuous on your body and you want to make sure that you are hydrating your body!
-Make sure you're eating all 3 meals; since you're body is working very hard while shifting, you want to make sure you're properly eating. Eating will also help you focus more when you're shifting because when you're hungry, it'll be hard to focus.
-Meditate throughout the day and before you try shifting; meditating will allow you to focus better when visualizing.
-Say affirmations throughout the day; saying things like "I will shift" or "I am going to shift tonight" will give you a more positive chance for shifting.
-Make sure you have finished all of your homework, chores, and have showered; doing all of this will make you less stressed and will give you a better chance at shifting.
-This might be more of a symptom, but I'll just include it here: Seeing angel numbers (111,222,333,555,1111, etc) are signs from your angels that basically give you hope for shifting (I'm not sure what their exact purpose is, but I know that it's a good sign for shifting when you see them repeatedly)
