-So for starters, your script doesn't have to be fancy at all! I see a bunch of tiktoks where people will buy like fancy things and make it look beautiful, and then some people just write it down on a scrap piece of paper.
-You don't need a script to shift!
-Refrain from using words such as "won't" "don't" "not" and basically any negative words. When you're shifting, your conscious doesn't really know how to interpret it. (For example, if you want to say "I don't have body hair" try saying "I'm free of body hair")
-Put your script near you: under your pillow or next to you
-Some people add pictures to make their script even better when shifting, that way when you go over it, you have a clear visual of what you want everything to look like.
-Include some affirmations
-To make your script more organized, try making sections: "Personality" "Looks" "Family" "Relationships" etc.
-Honestly, you could write your script on a napkin and it'll work
-Make sure to include a safe word or action. If you don't or forget, don't worry because if you die, you'll just come back to your CR. Or, if you script that you're immortal, you just have to think about your CR and you should come back
-Some people say that you shouldn't script relationships, but I don't see why not. You're going into a reality where that person would be your best friend or boyfriend
