-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝-
So, as promised, here's a new method! This method is one of my favorite ones and requires less visualization compared to the Raven Method and the Alice in Wonderland Method, in my opinion.
Directions:
-First, you want to meditate and make sure you're all relaxed and can focus.
-Then, grab some headphones and lay down in your bed in any comfortable position
-Next, you want to play a song that reminds you of your home or DR; make sure you can slow dance to it. Personally, for Hogwarts, I recommend "O Children" by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds or "Runaway" by AURORA (These two always make me think of hogwarts and draco, then I cry, but not the point.) It can be any song you want!
-When your music starts playing you want to close your eyes and imagine your friend or significant other from your DR and imagine them asking you for a dance.
-Obviously, you'll say yes, and with that, imagine the two of you dancing alone in a room.
-Dance for the whole song, and once it's over, you want to imagine them saying something along the lines of "It's time for you to come home", or "Come home now."
-Then imagine them opening a door for you and behind it is a bright, white light.
-Imagine yourself walking into the door. Once you do this, repeat affirmations in your head ("I am shifting" "I am going home" "Shifting is easy")
-When you're doing this, you should start feeling some symptoms that you're shifting (dizziness, twitching, etc.)
-Your vision should go completely white, but don't stop saying the affirmations while you're falling.
-Eventually, your vision should go black, and at that time you should have shifted successfully.
-Then, all you have to do is open your eyes and YOU'RE HOME!!

I just want you guys to know, when you get symptoms, don't feel scared, shifting is safe! So, if you feel dizzy or you hear voices, that's just a sign you're closer to seeing the people you love!
Also, please don't get too stressed out over shifting, some people get mad that they didn't shift their first few tries, but shifting takes time, and for some people it can take months, but when you do shift, it'll be so worth it!!!
Okay, last thing...what's going on with Tom? Like does anyone know if he's aware people think he's homophobic? BC I swear if he is...i'll die. :')
