Cuddles after a nightmare

No pov:
Korra was tossing and turning, sweat was covering her face and she was in the edge of crying and screaming. She was having a nightmare of the past.

Korra's pov:

I was chasing Amon but I lost him. I had to find him before...he gets to her. I can't lose her. She my everything ,my light, my fire, my reason to live. She has been there for me when everything went against, she stayed with me even if I told her to go away she stayed.

A scream of pain bright my out of my train of thought. I ran as fast as I can to the source using my fire bending to speed me up. What I saw next made me fall.

Amon was blood ending her fire bending away. He was hurting (y/n), my (y/n). She couldn't move. All she could do was scream because of the pain.

Korra: "AMON!!! GET YOUR HANDS OFF HER BEFORE I KILL YOU."

Amon grabbed (Y/N) shirt and put a knife to her throat.

Amon: "stand down avatar I already took her bending away and as you can see she is already in pain. I suggest you get on your knees and beg me not to kill her."

(Y/N):" K korra it not worth it.. stop him and forget about me.. ple please."

Korra: "I can't lose you please. I love you too much to lose you I rather not have the elements because I can leave with them but I can't leave without you."

(Y/N):" Korra. No my dragon please listen to me. You have to stop him if you don't he will kill every single person that can bend any element".

Amon: "this is lovely and all but it your choice avatar sacrifice yourself her this low life or sacrifice her."

Korra starts to kneel down.

Amon:" good choice avatar but I never promised to spare her life."

Right after he finishes saying that sentence he sliced (Y/N) throat. (Y/N) lays on her back, hands on her open throat trying to stop the blood.

Korra: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!."  She rushed towards (Y/N). While she is distracted with (Y/N), Amon escape.

(Y/N):" Korra I don't think I'm gonna make it".* She coughs up blood* "tell asami that she was an amazing friend same thing for Mako and Bolin. I I love you Korra...."

Korra:*crying* " N no you can't leave me! We were supposed to be there each o other. I I can heal you j just please st stay with me a b bit longer. I I love you."

(Y/N): "Korra I I love you to too." She took her last breath. I hold her lifeless body tighter crying my eyes out. When I feel shaking and someone calling my name.

(Y/N):" Korra Korra wake up".
Korra:* wakes up* "w what happened."

" You were having a nightmare, you were tossing and turning, screaming and crying. I'm worried about you what made you so scared love."

" I just hade a nightmare that Amon sliced your throat open and that you died and I couldn't do anything to help you. I didn't want to lose you."

" God my little dragon, you know that I will never leave you."*kisses forehead* "how about we cuddle maybe that will help you relax."

" C can I be little spoon?"

" I was going to force you to be little spoon but since you asked so nicely".* Wraps her arms around me protectively*"Better love?"

"Mhm"*touches the bandage around (Y/N)'s throat*"I won't let anything hurt you ever again my fire".

"I know my dragon".*kisses her lips softly* now sleep you have lessons with Asami tomorrow".

" Do I have to learn how to use a car, I have Naga".

" Yes you have to, I'll be there so no worries."

*Kisses her jaw*"I love you my fire"* falls asleep.*

*Chuckles*" I love you too my dragon".*falls asleep*.
