"Hey, birthday girl", Jimin said chuckling because of the way I was still giggling from a silly story Eun just told me.

"Eun, this is him", I whispered way too loud to her trying to signal her that he's the boy we've been talking about.

"Jimin, this my best friend from my old school", I said with a sweeping movement and then pointed at him, "Eun, this is Jimin."

"Hi, nice to meet you", he said shaking her hand and she giggled gesturing towards me that he had a pretty strong handshake.

"Can I talk to you for a second?", he asked leaning in and looked at Eun insecure.

"Yeah, sure. Excuse us for a second", I said leading him out of the kitchen into the hallway so we could shortly talk in private.

On my way there I stumbled over something and he quickly put his arm around me to support me.

"So what do you want to talk about? I can't leave Eun alone for too long because she knows no one. You know, I haven't seen Soo and Tae yet so I couldn't intro-", he stopped me from talking too much by placing his index finger gently on my lips.

"Sorry", I whispered, "you go."

"Well, I was thinking about what I should get you for your birthday and I know that you wouldn't be happy with something materialistic", he explained and I nodded excitedly.

"I knew you would guess it right", I said laughing and got the hiccups.

"So I decided to combine our second date with your birthday present", he said, "do you have time on Monday, 6pm?"

"Mhm, if I'm not drunk anymore", I said and burst into laughter because of that stupid thought.

"Yea, I guess you'll be sober by Monday", he said chuckling.

"Okay, come on now. My friends are waiting", I said and he helped me walk back into the kitchen where Eun was still waiting.

"Eun, look who it is!", I squealed when I finally saw Soo and Tae in the living room. I called their names waving at them so they would notice me despite the loud music.

They came over while I was pouring everyone shots already.

"Everyone, meet Eun", I said smiling brightly, "Eun, this is my best friend Soojung, the best friend in the world if you ask me. And this is Tae."

"Stop, Y/N. I'm not the best in the world", Soo said humbly and smacked my arm playfully. Eun frowned shortly before she put on her perfect smile for Soo and Taehyung.

"Now that y'all know each other I want to celebrate my birthday with you", I said loudly and handed everyone a shot.

"To me!", I yelled and everyone drank up their shots.

They started talking to each other getting to know more about the other person meanwhile I flirted a bit with Jimin trying to find out what he had planned for Monday.

"If you don't stop asking now I'll tickle you", he threatened playfully and placed one hand on my waist making me jump already.

"Okay, okay", I said giggling, "I give up. If you excuse me now, I'll go check if anyone needs to throw up or breaks anything."

He nodded and I stumbled into the living room. The alcohol really didn't do me any good. I needed to sober up a bit if I don't want this night to end too soon.

I wanted to get some fresh air so I turned left into the hallway and headed towards the front door when suddenly someone grabbed my arm firmly making me trip backwards.

"Woah", I gasped and gulped when I found myself standing in front of Jungkook who was piercing me with gloomy eyes.

"Can I talk to you for a sec?", he asked pulling me away from a drunk couple who were making out next to us.

"Really? Everyone wants talk to me", I said giggling and he regarded me with narrowed eyes, "why is that? Is it because you like me?"

He cocked his left eyebrow and took a closer look at me moving his face so close to mine that his fragrance which I loved so much lulled my mind.

"How much did you drink?", he asked letting go of my arm to see if I could stand by myself. Luckily, I could concentrate enough to do so.

"Not much..", I said lifting my hands to count with my fingers how many drinks I had.

"Clearly not", he said gritting his teeth making me tilt my head in confusion.

"Why are you so mad?", I asked curiously and noticed the deep frown on his forehead and his eyes which seemed to burn. "Oh, look. There's Jimin, your best friend!", I called out waving at him before Jungkook caught my hand and pulled me with him.

"Jungkook", I whined following him reluctantly upstairs, "where are you going? The party is downstairs. I want another drink."

But he didn't answer. He just pushed me inside my dark room and closed the door behind him. I sighed knowing there was no use fighting him. He has a lot more strength than I do. He walked to the left side of my bed and put on the lamp next to my nightstand.

It was not much light but enough for me to see how tense he was. The light threw shadows on his face outlining his sharp jawline. He seemed to be pretty angry which made him look scary. But I couldn't care less, I just wanted to go back downstairs and have fun.

"Why did you talk to Jimin?", he asked walking up to me. I rolled my eyes and groaned stepping back to lean against my desk.

"It's none of your business", I told him slowly sobering up. I should have known he was going to talk to me about Jimin.

"It is!", he snapped at you, "I told you that I don't like you talking to him."

"And I told you that I don't care about that unless you give me a good reason", I talked back getting more upset. He was about to ruin my birthday for me and I already felt how the alcohol lost its effect.

"And you didn't give me a good reason and you were fine with it", I said shrugging.

"Yes but I'm not anymore!", he said furiously throwing his hands in the air frustrated, "you're literally throwing yourself at him."

"So what?! WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE?", I yelled at him furiously taking a step closer to him.

"BECAUSE I LIKE YOU! F*CK!", he screamed back.

Silence.

My breath hitched and I stared at him in shock. The only thing I could hear was the blood sounding in my ears and his heavy breathing.  I took a deep breath as the room started spinning in front of my eyes.
