Chapter 29

(Ellie's POV)

Charli left and I was chilling in my room when my dad calls us all.

We go and sit on the couch confused.

"So kids. I have made a decision and I hope you're okay with it. I asked Marie to be official and if she wants to move in and she said yes. So she'll be here tomorrow with her stuff." He says. Yay

"Yay! I'm so happy for you dad!" I say

We all smiled except David.

"David??"

"I-I guess I'm happy for you" He replies.

"Why don't you want dad to move on?" I ask

"I don't know I just don't like stepmothers" he runs up.

"I'll go talk to him" I follow him

After I talked to him and he agreed, I go up to my room and take a quick shower. After my shower, I just watch a movie and go to bed.

Next morning.

Yay today's a weekend. I do have to go film my music video. I'm gonna be in an empty room, wearing a black bikini walking and around me words like
'he's a player'
'don't trust him'
'never fall for him'
'He'll cheat'
'He only wants sex'

And every time I see it, I'll roll my eyes until I get a 'shocked' look on my face. And then, in the end, there will be me and Vinnie...... kissing. Yeah.. we will actually kiss.

At the music video room...

"Alright, Ellie last scene. You'll have to get close to Vinnie and kiss"

I invited Vinnie and he said yes. Of course, he would. We got ready and held each other. He had his hands on my half-naked butt which got me really uncomfortable. Ugh

"3..2..1"

We look into each other's eyes and our lips slowly brush and fully touch. We sync with it and do like a 'make out' honestly, it's not that bad... he's a good kisser

"Alright CUT"

We pull out and and smile at each other. After watching the video, I get so proud. It was actually good.

I went back home and decided to show them the music video. It's embarrassing tho...

"Alright Guys I'll show the music video but there's kind of a scene of me and Vinnie kissing"

"What?! Why?!" David asks. Overprotective as usual. He's back like before after Jaden 'cheated'.

"It was a part of the music video. Calm down."

I put it on the TV and show them.

"Ellie that is so fucking inappropriate. He literally has his hands on your butt!" David says mad.

"David! Told you to stop being overprotective. Good job Ellie. I'll admit it is too PDA but it's okay" dad says. I smile and go to my room. I make a TikTok then go live.

First of all, I want to tell you that I'm on good terms with Jaden and we talked about it. We're not gonna date again or have something together and we might not even hang out but we're still friends." I say

"Where is he- he's in his room I think wait. Let me check, there he is, staring at his phone." I say showing through my window.

He looks up and sees me pointing at him. He does a confused face and I go back to my desk. Then I see that he joined my live.

"So there. You guys saw him and he literally caught me. Anyways, my song Josslyn is about Jaden yes. It kinda explains pretty much what happened and I don't want to get into detail because I feel like that's something that shouldn't be public. But as I said, we're ok good terms so please do not send ANY hate. But I hope you guys liked this song...Oh hey, David. Why are you in my live? You can literally just come to see me" I say seeing David join the live.

Just then someone opens my door.

"Knock before you come in," I say.

"Heyyyy"

"That's my stupid VERY overprotective brother David," I say pointing at him. He opens his mouth shocked.

"Alright, I have a game that'll be fun. I'll ask questions and if you get them wrong you get smacked on your head" he says.

"Okay Fine"

I put my phone down and we sit next to each other on the bed.

"Alright, I'll start. What's my girlfriend's full name?" He asks

"Katie Lilly Simon soon to be Wilson I hope" I smirk as his eyes go wide open.

"Okay um how old was I when I lost my virginity?" I ask. dumb question he knows that.

"Like a month ago so 18. Except if you and-"

"Your turn" I cut him off.

"And I'm not proud of that" I roll my eyes.

We continue playing and I get hit in the head more than 3 times. We end the live and hang out together until Vinnie had to come over for our science project.

"Ellie don't close the door. I don't want something to happen between you two" David says as Vinnie gets here.

"Uh fine"

It finally worked out! We just need one more thing till we're done. I looked at the time and saw that the music video drops soon. We go downstairs and wait till it drops.

When it dropped, me and Vinnie went live. 2nd time of the day.

"So my music video dropped like 5 minutes ago and I hope y'all liked it!" I say to the live

Vinnie was staring at his phone the entire time while listening to me.

"Alright, Ellie I have to go back. Byebye!" He says hugging me.

I hug him back and he leaves...
