Chapter 10

2 weeks later...

(3rd person POV)

A lot has happened. Way too much to explain. Jaden has thought about what he has been doing. He actually changed and isn't the type of fuck boy. He still doesn't know if he has feelings for Ellie or no. He likes her and has thought about fucking her but she doesn't believe in love. But she does! Jaden doesn't know that. After a story with her dad, she restarted believing in love. Slowly, she started catching feelings for Jaden. She never admitted it because she didn't wanna fall for a player. But will Jaden find out that she likes him? And will he admit to himself that he likes her too? Will they date? Will David be happy? A lot has not been explained and the days passed normally...

(Ellie's POV)

"Jaden? What are you doing here" I ask seeing Jaden in front of my door.

"Can I talk to you?"

"Um I guess"

I am as confused as you. I have no clue what he's doing here. David won't be happy to see him here. Yes, David came to visit with his girlfriend Katie. I went upstairs with him behind me when David came out of his room. (Well the room he's sharing with Emily bc I don't have enough space.)

"Ellie who's at the do- JADEN?!" He screams.

"Ellie, what is he doing here?"

"I don't know. Leave him I'll see" I reply.

"Fine but if you do anything"

"David! No, we won't now go away" I say pulling Jaden into my room.

"So what do you want?" I ask.

"Well, I wanted to say something."

"When me and Dixie broke up, she said words that hurt me a lot. And that made me realize what I have been doing kinda" he says.

"Your point?" I ask.

"I just wanted to say sorry for everything I did and I'm gonna become nicer"

"I hope so one day. Do you want my opinion? I don't think you'll change. You've played every girl in the school except me and I'm not ready to be played" I say. He sighs.

"I'm sorry." He pulls me into a hug. What happened to him? Why did he change in a second?

I just hug back and we pull away. He goes back home and I get ready to bed. Tomorrow is chars birthday. We're having a big party. I hope it goes well.

(Jaden's POV)

I can't believe this. What have I done in the past years? How could Ellie make me want to change? Usually, when a girl tells me I'm a player I laugh but when Ellie told me I was....broken.

At first, it didn't affect me but day after day, her words started hurting... 'I WONT FALL FOR A PLAYER WHO LIKES PLAYING WITH GIRLS AND BREAKING THEIR HEARTS'. It just hurts.... no no what am I thinking.

What are the boys gonna say about me? I'm a loser who let a nerd hurt me. But she's not a nerd... but they count her as one. I just want this to end. I'm gonna go back to being who I am. I'm not gonna change for one girl. She'll fall for me eventually...right? I don't think so. Maybe

But I'll try to be nicer but not that much. So I decided to text her.

Hey Ellie. Never mind about what I told you ok? Forget that.

I didn't even believe it in first place .
