"JADEN!"

I run over to him and look at his bloody face. He looks at David with no reaction.

"Punch me back! You're not strong enough to?!" David says.

"DAVID STOP!" I shout

"No...I'm not gonna punch you or hit you, I would've but I'm not because you're my girlfriend's brother and I don't want to disrespect you. So I'll just leave." And with that Jaden gets out.

"JADEN BABE NO!" David holds me and shuts me up by covering my mouth as I started crying.

"Stop. Leave him. That's better" he said as Katie entered the room.

"Is everything ok? Why did Jaden leave sad with a bloody face?" She asks.

Tears start coming out of my eyes more and more on what just happened. I can't believe it. I'm not living here anymore. Thank god dad isn't here.

"FUCK YOU DAVID! FUCK YOU! YOU RUINED MY FUCKING LIFE! I HATE YOU. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT'S YOU! WHAT DID THIS TURN TO?" I shout hitting him on the chest tears coming out of my eyes like Niagara Falls.

I got away from him and ran to my room. I locked the door and cried. He just ruined my and Jaden's relationship. I look out my window and see Jaden on his bed staring at his ceiling. He turned around and saw me. He stared at me and gave me a cute little smile. He's so cute. He still had blood on his face so I guess he was home alone. Because Jaden never cleans his cuts or his injuries if no one came to help him. He's 'too strong' for that. For a fact, I know David's punch was hard.

I got up and went downstairs. I saw David on the couch and rolled my eyes.

"Where are you going?" I don't answer as I was about to leave.

"Ellie! Where the fuck are you going?" He says coming over.

"None of your business. If I don't come back, it's because of you asshole" I reply. I shut the door in his face and leave to Jaden's.

(David's POV)

Where did she just go? 'If I don't come back it's because of you?'

I went to the kitchen window and saw her entering Jaden's house.

"THIS GIRL WILL NEVER LEARN HER FUCKING LESSON!" Katie runs over to me.

"David babe you have to stop. Let her live. If she's gonna get hurt let her. She knows how to handle her shit. I've said this a hundred times and I'll say it more if you don't stop. Imagine if my brother Caleb did this to you! You would be mad right? Then think about your sister. You almost slapped her today if her boyfriend didn't save her! You never even shouted at your sister in the past! Think about the pain she's going through. By doing this, you're hurting her more not protecting her and I've come to a point... If you don't stop being so overprotective with your sister, I taking this off and cancelling the engagement!" She says taking her ring off. She would cancel OUR engagement for my SISTER? really.

"Fine, I'll TRY. Doesn't mean they can do whatever they want and fuck each other every day but I'll be less overprotective even tho I hate Jaden" she smiles and kisses me.

"Since no ones here, we can have some fun" I smirk picking her up and running upstairs...

(Jaden's POV)

Why does her brother have to be like this? I'm not mad over the fact that he punched me, but the fact that he was almost gonna hit his own sister. Ellie deserves better.

Just then, someone knocks on my door. I went down and opened it to see Ellie with a weak smile on her face. I pulled her close and hugged her while playing with her hair as she cried in my chest.

"I-I'm s-sorry"

"For what babe?" I ask

"About David. That he hit you. I know-"

"Babe, I'm fine" I cut her off.

We went up to my room and she insisted to clean my bloody face. I accepted and we went to the bathroom.

(Ellie's POV)

I sat on his bathroom counter and he stood between my legs. I wet a towel and slowly started wiping off the blood. He stared into my soul as I was trying so hard not to kiss his cut lip.

I finished and we went back to his room. I took off my hoodie and stayed in my sports bra as we cuddled and watched the kissing booth for like the 20th time.

(David's POV)

After doing something with Katie, I went up to Ellie's room to see what her and Jaden are doing. I might sound creepy but I cannot, I'm way too curious.

I slightly opened her curtains and saw them laying together. She was hugging his torso in a bra as he was playing with her hair.

She got up and I don't know what she did but she came back and jumped on him. She accidentally hit his nuts with her elbow and he sat up in pain. I burst out laughing at Jaden's reaction. I have to admit that they're cute. But I'm never gonna ship this.

She laughed and hugged him. They kissed as that's where I closed the curtains. It makes my blood boil but I have to accept it.

Just then, Marie called me

"Hey mom"

"Hey David, we have bad news to tell you and Ellie. Please come as soon as possible." She says freaking out.

"You're okay?"

"N-no just please make it quick"

I immediately hang up and run downstairs to put my shoes on.

"Babe where are you going?" Katie asks

"Mom said she had bad news so I have to go pick up Ellie from Jadens and go there"

"Okay just promise me to stay calm around Ellie and Jaden. I'm sure Ellie is scared" I nod and run out to Jaden's.

I'm not in the mood of seeing them but it's important. Wonder what it is...
