“Look, don't worry, guys. Willie said he'd get us on that marquee.” Alex tries to comfort the guys.

“This is gonna work, right?” Reggie questions

“It has to.” Luke resorts, as the 3 of them are hit by another jolt.

“Hey, are you guys OK?” Willie questions, as he appears behind them, eyes immediately darting to Alex to make sure he is okay.

“Yeah, it's nothing we haven't felt before.” Alex reassures him.

“Where is Y/N” Luke asks, concern clear in his voice as he couldn’t see the female.

“Um, she had to stay at the club. Her dad was getting a bit angry with her spending so much time with you and you not joining his band yet and stuff but don’t worry she’s fine..” Willie answers.

“How'd it go?” Alex asks, voice soft and full of care.

“Well, when that opening band wakes up, they're gonna find their bus 200 miles outside of Vegas with no chance of getting back in time.” Willie responds.

“And that means there's probably a promoter upstairs right about now freakin' out.” Reggie points out (A/N: I know it’s Luke who says this but I think it fits better that he is distracted and thinking about Y/N safety).

“Nah. This is Hollywood, man. I'm sure he's being very professional.” Willie counters.

Alex steps forward, walking closer to Willie, hinting to the other 2 that he wants to talk to Willie in private. This grabs Reggie’s attention, who pulls Luke away from where Alex and Willie were standing.

“I know...how much you're risking. Thank you, Willie.”

“I told you, I'd do anything for you.”

With that Alex pulls Willie into a tight hug, and the two of them stay like that for a while, enjoying the safety of each other's arms. Meanwhile Reggie and Luke are having a conversation of their own.

“What’s going on in that head of yours dude, you're so out of it?” Reggie asks, patting Luke on the back.

“What if she’s in trouble Reg? What if her dad found out she’s been helping us rather than persuading us to join his band and now she’s in trouble?” Luke rushes out.

“Luke, if she was in trouble Willie wouldn’t be here either nor would he have said that she’s fine, so calm down and try to focus on what is really important right now. We’re gonna be playing the Orpheum tonight!” Reggie comforts his friend.

“Yeah, I guess you’re right.”

Later that day Julie and the 3 boys were preparing to go to the Orpheum to get ready to perform.

“Guys, band circle.” Luke calls grabbing the attention of everyone in the garage. “We don't know what brought us here, but...what we do know is, you're a star, Julie. And just because

this is our last night together, it doesn't mean we won't be watching you from above... or…” Luke stops eyes glancing to the ground, causing the others to chuckle. “Now let's go rock this show. Let's give 'em a night they'll be talking about 'til the sun comes up. Legends on three.”

“One.”

“Two.”

“Three…”

“Legends.”

Just then the sound of a car horn echoes from outside, alerting Julie that her dad was waiting for her.

“That's my dad. He's driving me there, so I'll see you guys soon.”
