Chapter eight- Texting

It has been three weeks since the palace and apparently Blake dumb ass gave King my number. We have been texting eachother for two weeks..well mostly he texts or calls and holds the conversation. It's been drama free and pleasant between us and I guess you can say I kinda like him.

King🤨: Goodmorning beautiful...how was ya day.

It is currently Saturday morning and I am scrolling on my phone eating goobers.

Beautiful 😍: Well it's 9 am so my day just started ...why are you up?

King🤨: I have things to attend to this morning.  What are you doing at 7?

Beautiful 😍: Nothing that I know of why do you want to know?

King🤨: I want to take you out on a date you know wine and dine you.

Beautiful 😍: HA....LMFAOO.....King stop playing with me

King🤨: I'm serious you better be ready at 7

Beautiful 😍: and if I'm not?

King🤨: Don't be ready at 7 and you'll see. Better be ready at 7 or else

And on that note the conversation was ended. I've never been on a date before and I don't think my dad would be okay with it. Maybe I don't have to tell them...well if i tell my mom i'm going with Blake they would find it weird that he didn't come pick me up or came inside. I can say Annabelle but her mother is back and Ann want's to spend as much time with her as possible..what about Taylor?...HA yea right. Oh I can say Matthew but he is terrified of my dad and doesn't come over or hang with me unless it's a group activity.

I guess I have to tell the truth well it's 9 am so I have hours to decide. I wonder what would happen if I don't get ready? He doesn't look very scary. I need a nap or advice. I think a nap should be first.

"Wake up!" Some one yells

I feel a smack on my back and shoot up. I look up to see no one else but Jaceon.

"Can I watch ya TV?" He ask with pleading eyes

"What's wrong with ya TV?" I ask already knowing the answer

Jace loves playing 2k48 and gets angry when he lose. He threw his controller at the tv and it came completely off the wall and broke it also left a dent in his dresser.

"Sure don't go throwing things you didnt pay for," I try to go back to sleep

"It's 2 in the afternoon why do you sleep so much?" He asks as he goes to Hulu

"Because I am a bear and I need to hibernate so I don't attack you,"

Ugh seems like I am not going back to sleep with him in here. I would of said not but knowing him he would call dad and tell him about Blake spending most nights here. My dad loves Blake but Blake is a boy and my father doesn't want those no where near me.

I decide to go down stairs to look for one of my mom's.

"MA!" I shout

"WHAT!" They yell in unison

"Stop yelling people,"

They look at me like i'm crazy since I started yelling first.

"I have something to ask you well not just you too but my dad," I mumble

" Sure I can call ya father over and when he gets here we can talk," my mother says

I quickly leave before anyone can ask any questions. It's not rare for my dad to come over but it's rare that I ask for him to come over to talk.
