   Y/n POV

I took a sip out of the water Taehyung got me earlier and headed out to the room with the others following. I'm not sure what I'm expecting, I've never really been involved in much, just locked away. From what you've seen, despite the clumsiness; Namjoon is quite logical so you assumed the plan would be somewhat sturdy at the least. Unlike himself who breaks anything he touches.

You sighed to yourself in a humerus manner, recalling the amount of things he's lost or broken in only the short period of time you've known him, you really can't take him anywhere. Useless.

Well not really but whatever!

After you shook of the silly thoughts, or the thoughts that kept you sane...whichever you want to call it, you finished the bottle then chucked it in the bin before entering the board room.

It was a white and brown room with random hints of grass green, there were hanging plants all around and a range of different wooden statues? You don't know how to really describe them, one looked like the Moschino guy but in a brown form, others were completely random. Just sat there on the shelf, living their best life.

You felt a hint of jealously run over you at their peaceful self, gosh how much you'd give to be so laid back and free. It seems like a lifetime ago.

There was a small desk and computer pushed against the corner of the wall, a small lamp being he only warm-feeling light around. There was a bright ceiling light but it was a white light. You doubted it was ever turned on.

The room was small but cosy, you weren't really sure why it was called a board room since they are known for a posh, maybe Old fashioned vibe but this had a small sofa against the wall and seemed very casual. It was more like a studio then anything else.

You noticed an oak table I front of you with various papers spreader across it, you knew it was rude to snoop in other people business but everyone was still setting up. It wouldn't hurt to have a look right?

It ended up just being lyrics anyway so there's no harm in reading it,  it had what you assumed was the track title at the top of the pages with a little dash, leading to the album name.

Mono.

For some strange reason you recall this, you just can't remember where from. It's almost like an old memory or deja vu, you tried your hardest to leap back into that good old memory of yours and uncover some type of treasure.

You kept getting so close, hints after hints but you ended up falling back at the same spot until the next track you read completely took you back, probably about 4 years maybe?

You remember casually strolling around your room in Busan with the small radio held firmly in your grip as you skipped past countless stations, trying to find a song. You weren't trusted with a phone until 2 years later so it wasn't like you could just go on YouTube. That little radio was the only thing you had, along with a small video camera you used to keep under your bed for safe measures.

Back then...music was all you had, the only thing to take your mind of the boredom you woke and fell asleep to every day for years on end, if you took this mixtape away from you back then; you'd be left with a soul so empty you could fill it with the ocean and it still wouldn't flood.

The lyrics, the calmness in his voice...no wonder you felt like you could trust him immediately when you heard his voice. It was the only sense of happiness you had before, how could you forget?

Thank you namjoon, seriously.

Hey! I know this chapter is short but I'll do a double update tonight. Sorry I didn't post for the last few days, my shoulders been really uncomfortable and it was hard to write. It still isn't right but don't worry I'll keep updating! This chapter was completely out of the blue but all the connections create a sense of nostalgia!
Anyway, I hope you liked it! Please vote and I'll see you in the next one...
