Loki's POV

"Who does that mortal think she is?!" I thought to myself as i walked towards the throne room. I had been watching her through Heimdall for weeks. There is something different about this mortal. I had to have her as my slave. So i brought her here. Is that such a fuss? This is the most interest Odin has had in me for a few weeks. He wants to speak to me about the mortal. He knows. I enter the throne room leaving all of my rage for the mortal in the back of my mind.

"Odin." I say coldly as i approach him. He looks at me like i am some type of rogue dog that needs to be tamed.

"Loki you are my son. I have had you since you were a baby. Frigga and I raised you as our own. So you shall address me as father." He calmly states. It sounds calm but i can feel the raging hate for me seething behind his teeth. I look up at him, grin, lean forward and simply say: "No."

He looks like he has just been stunned by lightning. His shock makes me chuckle. He suddenly slams his hand against the arm of the throne causing a rippling echo to resound through the throne room. I look at him.

"Why did you summon me, Odin." I say shortly after a piercing silence between us. I already know why. I just want this to hurry up so i can get back to...her. It is odd that i call the mortal a her as it isn't really a 'her'. Every mortal is really an 'it'. But there is something about this 'it' that makes 'it' a 'her'. She seems like a real woman. She's different somehow. Im speaking nonsense really.

"Loki, were you listening?" Odin's voice suddenly booms at me, distracting me from my thoughts.

"Im sorry..?" I ask. He sighs and repeats what he says.

"I said, what is her name?" Odin says. Her name. Why does he want to know her name? So he can address her as though she is some sort of common house slave? She is no house slave. She is my slave. I will lie.

"Mia." I say suddenly. I've surprised myself. Of all names why 'Mia'? I grin at Odin. He seems to believe me. Evidently, i am wrong.

"You will tell the truth under my roof, son." He snarls. I give up. What could he possibly do to her? Why would i care?
1 Wish i did"

A voice in my head speaks. Shut up. I do not wish to know. She is a mortal. Suddenly, heavy footsteps enter the throne room followed by a booming voice. I dont even have to guess who this is.

"FATHER! I WAS PASSING BY LOKI'S ROOM AND HEARD THE CRIES OF A WOMAN!" Thor pants. I roll my eyes. Odin stares.

"Yes, Thor. There is a mortal in my room. Now please go away." I say, rubbing my temples. I look at him. His face has fallen.

"Why must you wish me away, brother?" He says quietly. For a second i am shocked at the feeling i get from this. For a second. He leaves the throne room.

"You may leave, Loki. But if you mistreat the mortal, we are taking her back." Fine. I leave the throne room and begin my walk back to my room and her.

Alexia's POV

I haven't moved. Im still lying here. My sobs echo across the surrounding floor. Intense heat radiates off my body as always. If i had a mother, would she be worried right now? If i had a father, would he be searching for me by now? Two golden bracelets like the ones on the genie in Aladdin are on both of my wrists. I've tried removing them but a cold shock threads through my fingers each time. The door opens. What's the time? The observatory. Ethan. Heat. Fire. Frozen. The dream. A god? Loki. Eyes. Asgard? Mortal? Loki. Beauty. Loki. I hear footsteps running towards me. I see a pair of concerned green eyes. They are brimming with a singular tear. Loki? And it all fades to black.
