Alexia's POV
My eyes open abruptly and are met with a cloud white ceiling and a huge green room. I look around me and gaze upon the ginormous bed I'm resting upon and the polished marble floors.
I swivel my lower body around and hang my legs off of the side of the bed. I brush a lock of my thick, curled, flame -red hair away from my face and begin creeping over, silently, to the the two over towering doors that lead to the outside of the room.
I look back towards the giant double bed with the green cover and see a door next to it. I walk over to the other door and find a personal bathroom with golden walls and a black floor. It had a shower almost as big as my old living room and a huge bathtub. I walked out of the bathroom and into the main room.
A few metres from the bed was a huge crater tiled in marble with a built in fireplace that came up to my chest in height. Although i am rather short, it is still pretty big for a fire place. Above the fire place in gold, there was a marking of what appeared to be a helmet with two horns sticking out in front. What a strange marking. Although it intimidated and confused me, it also intrigued me.
I walk back up the few stairs leading to the bottom of the large and well built crater in the floor and made my way towards the bed. I sat down on the edge. I look down to find myself in a beautiful green gown that showed off my curves perfectly. It had a thick gold belt that wrapped around my waist. My thick red curls framed my face and brought out the green in my eyes. I stand.
There is an open balcony i have left unexplored. It is directly across from the two giant doors that beckoned the exit way. I walk onto the balcony and a wave of awe flows over me. An entire golden city separated only by a rainbow bridge leading to a shimmering golden globe at the end that seemingly dropped off into obscurity, and beginning at the end of a balcony just below and to the left of me. A palace. I am in a palace towering over a beautiful city. The palace reached up towards the sky as if it was pointing the way
to the heavens.
But above all other things, the cities beauty could not even compare to the sky. Billions of swirling galaxies danced above my head in all different shades of pink, green, orange, blue and a shimmering silver. Such beauty bought tears to my eyes.
Beauty. Is it not? A deep smooth voice said behind me. I turn startled to see a man with short raven black hair and bright green eyes leaning against the entrance to the balcony, arms crossed across his chest. He was dressed in a type of green armour and he grinned a mischievous grin at me. He is beautiful. Who is he?
"Who are you?" I ask slightly afraid of him. He was significantly taller than me and so lean and toned. His eyes made contact with mine and pierced into them.
"I am Loki. God of mischief and lies and your master." He said with a grin. I was stunned. My master?! What is wrong with him?! A god?!
"Who do you think you are?!" He seemed shocked at my words. His eyes shot daggers at me. I cried out in pain as he grabbed me by my hair and brought my face inches from his own.
"I am your master, Mortal." He put his hand down my back until it was just above my ass and towards my left hip. I stared at him in rage as he smiled and sent a sharp, cold pain into the area his hand rested upon. I cried out in pain as the pain shot through my hip.
"And if you know what is good for you, you will never address me like that again." He finished. Tears made their way out of my eyes. The pain stopped and i looked him in his eyes. His beautiful icy blue eyes. He looked at my face up and down gently his eyes softening for a moment, his eyes hardened again, then he slapped me across the face resulting with me landing hard on the cold marble floor. The slap echoed on the walls around us. My red hair falls across my face as i hit the ground. Tears run down my face.
"Welcome to Asgard, Mortal." Loki says to me as he storms out of the room. He leaves and i pull up my dress to reveal a marking on my skin of a helmet and two horns. Stunned by the turn of events and the pain pulsing through my body, my vision goes blurry and i pass out, my head hitting the ground.
