Raven's POV
*1 week later*
I finally got my shop open about a week ago. When we opened it we were already really catching peoples attention. I wonder how RIO will be like in a year or even a month at this rate.
Today we are going to have an inspector come to rate the shop.
"You might wanna get that customer" Jayla said pointing at the door.
"Why?" I asked
"Look" she said.
I turned around and looked at the door and saw Rj making his way towards us.
"You got this." Jayla said while walking away.
"Wassup shorty" Rj said giving me a hug
"Hey" I spoke.
"How you doin?" He asked
"What do you want?" asked folding my arms across my chest.
"I wanna take you out on a date. Friday maybe?" He asked.
"Friday is good" I smiled.
He smiled. "ight coo, I'll pick you up at 7:00"
"Ok cool" I replied.
He was about to say something until Brianna walked into the shop.
"Brianna?" I asked.
"That's me" she said smirking. "Hey Rj" she said biting her lip.
He have her a head nod and walked away.
"What you doing here?" I asked.
"I'm rating your shop" she said staring at Rj.
"Um, how the hell did you get a job like this?" I asked.
"Let's just say I sucked my way to the top" she said smirking.
Bitches disgusting.
"What do you think?" I asked.
"Eh. 2" she replied.
"What?! A 2?" I spoke. "Now Brianna I know we have our differences but really on a professional level I think this shop deserves better then a 2" I said.
"Alright I'll give you a better score on one condition" she said
"What is it?"
I know this is probably a bad idea but I really wanna keep my shop open. This has been my dream for years and I can't let a hating ass bitch like Brianna ruin it for me.
"I want a date with Rj" she said
"What?" I said.
"If not then your shop is gonna have to be closed. Have a good day now." She said turning around.
"Wait!" I replied.
She turned around with a smirk on her face.
"Let me talk to Rj first" I said sighing.
"Talk to Rj bout what?" Rj asked, walking over to us.
"Can you please do me a favor." I asked
"Anything, wassup."
"Look Brianna is gonna close down my shop unless she gets a date with you. Just please do me this favor."
"Shit Brianna If you want me don't bring Raven or her job into it she ain't do nun" He spoke.
"Do you want your shop open or not?" She asked me.
"It's just one date." I pleaded.
He sighed. "Ight, just one date."
"And many more." I heard Brianna mumble. "I want the date to be on Friday, 7 sharp" she said facing Rj.
"The fuck? Hell nah I got plans mayne" he said putting his arm over my shoulder
"She don't mind" Brianna smiled
"Nah man I can't." Rj said
"It's fine Rj." I said.
"Ok I'll call you later Rj and Raven, I give you a 10" Brianna said walking out.
"How the fuck she get my number?" Rj asked me
"I have no idea" I said honestly
"Look, I won't go if you don't want me to" Rj said
"It's fine, really." I said.
He sighed. "Man fuck her I ain't going on that date." Rj said.
"Just please this one date? Just do me this favor." I said
"Ight, on one condition tho" He said
"Alright, what is it?" I asked
"You gotta throw that ass back for a real nigga" He said smiling.
"You a trip." I said laughing
"I'm playin, I mean shit if you want to then we can be gone right now" He said
"I'm straight" I said walking into my office.
He followed closely behind me. "I'm finna go to the studio, you stay right for me alright?"
I laughed and waved him off. That boy is too inappropriate.
He kissed my cheek and walked out.
