Raven's POV

*1 month later*

"Raven, I'm not going. I know you gon have this baby today. I can just feel it" Rj said again.

He had a show tonight in San Francisco but he said he wasn't going to go because I was near my due date.

I swear I can't wait to pop.

I wanna see my baby girl already.

Yeah, I'm having a girl.

"Rj, baby I'm fine." I said " just go"

"Nah Ra-"

I kissed him. " cmon"

He sighed "Ight, but if you in labor just know Ima fly my black ass to the hospital"

I laughed "okay baby."

He smiled "you know I love you girl"

"I love you too baby" I smiled.

*later that night*

RJ's POV

"Damn, Its finna be lit tonight!" I said.

I was just boutta hit the stage with Keenon.

"Ayo Lawson!" My nigga Dj Mustard said.

"Wassup?" I asked walking over to him.

"Jayla just called. Yo girl in labor"

My eyes widened.

And we were just boutta go on stage.

"Ight man, good lookin tho"

He nodded and I rushed over to Keenon.

"Aye kee, Ray in labor nigga. We gotta get out"

"Word?! Ight man, we outchea" he said

"Ayo mustard" I called out.

"Wassup?"

"Call the shit out mayne! Aint no show tonight"

He nodded "Ight foo! Tell Ray I said wassuh and congrats mayne"

I nodded and thanked him.

We ran to the back exit.

I thanked God in my head that there wasn't anyone outside.

Keenon and I hopped into the limo that brought us here.

I told him to stay just in case this happened, so I could have a ride to the airport.

"Get us to the airport as fast as you can. Ain't no time needa be wasted" I said to the driver.

He nodded and we were on our way.

Raven's POV

My smile widened once I seen Rj walk in.

He kissed my forehead then my lips.

"You good baby?" He asked.

"Yeah, the epidural kicked in about 5 minutes ago. Before that I was panicking. I didn't wanna have this baby without you."

He smiled "you ain't wanna Believe me when I told you, you was gon have this baby today"

I chuckled "I know, you were right"

We turned our heads in the direction of the door once we heard it open. The doctor walked in and smiled.

"I came here to see how dialated she is"

RJ's POV

"I came here to see how dialated she is" the doctor said.

I smacked my lips and turned around.

Ion appreciate this nigga shoving is finger up my girls shit man.

"Okay" he said letting me know he was finished.
I turned around and gave him a death glare.

Raven laughed.

"W-Well she's ready to go!" He said, trying not to make eye contact with me.

"Yeah, Ight" I said looking back at Raven.

"You ready?" I asked her.

"I ain't got no other choice but to be"

I smiled and she did the same.

I took a deep breath, preparing myself for this. Can't wait to see my Babygirl.

Raven's POV

Chanel Amina Renee Lawson

6 lbs and 2 oz

She was crying her little eyes out.

Once the doctors finished with her they turned to me.

"Would you like to rest or hold her?"

I used the little energy I had left to sit up.

"I wanna hold her"

The nurse nodded as she rocked Chanel back and forth, making her quiet down a little bit.

She handed her to me.

"I'll be back in a few to take her for her shots"

I nodded as she walked out.

Once they left Rj walked over to me with a big smile on his face.

I moved the blanket from her face and my eyes filled with tears.

She was so beautiful, I couldn't believe I finally have a daughter.

"My Babygirl" I smiled.

She was a light complexion with wavy dark brown hair.

She had blue- greenish eyes and dimples on one side of her cheek.

Her eye lashes were long and black, she had a tiny button nose and small, pink lips.

I wiped away my tears before looking up and Rj who stared at her in amazement.

"You wanna hold her?" I asked him.

He nodded and I carefully placed her in his arms.

He started at her, while rocking her slowly back and forth.

"Daddy's lil princess" he mumbled smiling

He placed a kiss on her forehead as she yawned.

"I love you Babygirl"

I smile and wiped my tears but they just kept coming down.

Moments like these I wouldn't trade for the world.
