Donghyuck found out that he was the government assigned to his Soulmate, who was Mark Lee. Someone who constantly bullied him throughout his high school year and it wasn't the worst decision... Surprisingly.

It was after classes and Donghyuck noticed the tall people in suits, waiting at their apartment. Donghyuck's heart dropped, he didn't want his soulmate to leave him, not now.
But they were there for a short while and left. The smell of smoke and cigars tainted the apartment, Donghyuck had to bring the smell out.
Donghyuck was a bit pissy at Mark, he didn't want his soulmate to leave him. Mark went out to hang with friends as Donghyuck sat at home alone, pouting and thinking about his ways to get Mark to like him.
I mean, he lingerie tactic worked, so did the cooking for Mark, well, sort of. He continued to ponder about what he wanted to do. Donghyuck sighed, he really didn't know what to do...
"Oh! Date!" Donghyuck spat out as he sat up with the brightest idea.

Donghyuck begged Mark if he could go to the beach that weekend, Mark contemplated and went with it. They packed some things for their small trip and went into the car. Donghyuck was partially excited, but he was most anxious, he wanted Mark to slowly fall for him.
(Slowly...)
They arrived at the beach, parking near the beach area. Donghyuck and Mark both got out of the car and set up their things on the beach. Mark just sat down on the beach towel and let Donghyuck freely roam around in the water and such.
Mark eventually got dragged into the water and played around with Donghyuck until they got tired. Donghyuck sat down on his beach towel, eating his sandwich and drinking his soda with a straw in the can.

Mark sat next to him, with a towel wrapped around his shoulder, eating some food too. They sort of ended their day by just walking on the beach together and chatted a bit together. But that was all, there was no process into the relationship, it was just like a hang out together, that's all.
They both went home and everything was the same. His soulmate didn't really make any moves nor did he. Donghyuck began doubting himself.
