Chapter 5: The First Attack

ROSÉ POV

"What's going on," Jisoo said.

"I think they found us," I replied.

Just then, we heard a loud banging noise breaking through something.

"Uh guys, the wall isn't going to hold up," Jimin said.

"But it might buy us some time, quick, Jisoo makes the announcement to everyone on the intercom, I will get the children out of the area," Jennie said.

Jisoo rushed to the intercom, and Jennie went out to make sure that the children were safe.

*ATTENTION PLEASE, WE ARE UNDER ATTACK, REMAIN CALM, ALL PEOPLE HEAD TOWARDS TEH ARMORY AND PREPARE TO DEFEND YOURSELVES. CHILDREN, HEAD OVER TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUNKER AND REMAIN HIDDEN IN TEH SAFE ROOM*

"Kiara," Jimin said, realizing that we haven't' checked on her yet.

"Oh shit," I mumbled.

Jimin and I rushed over to our room, where Kiara was sitting in the corner scared.

"Mommy, Daddy, I'm scared," she said.

"Don't be scared; we're here," I said.

"Listen, Mommy is going to bring you to auntie Jennie, and she will take you to a safe room in the bunker, okay," Jimin said.

"But, where will you go," Kiara asked.

"Mommy and Daddy have to take care of some business, okay," I replied.

I carried Kiara up to my shoulders and jogged all the way to Jennie.

"Here she is," I said, handing her over.

"Okay," Jennie said, bringing her to the safe room.

Kiara looked behind me before giving me those "don't leave me" eyes.

"Don't worry, Kiara, mommy is going to be back," I said to her.

I'm just praying I get through this. Anyway, I ran back down to the main area, and the banging was started to make its way into the wall. It was almost broken, just a few more hits, and that barrier is gone. Everyone was aiming their guns at the border, ready to shoot anything that was coming it's way.

"Is Kiara safe," Jimin asked.

"Yeah, Jennie just brought her to the safe room," I replied.

"I love you, you know that."

"Stop, don't say that. You're not going to die; I won't let that happen," I responded to Jimin.

Jimin and I then looked forward to seeing the wall get weaker and weaker until finally, it broke into millions of pieces. Guys in black were charging in with guns shooting at us. It became an all-out war in a matter of seconds. Our people were defending the fort as much as we can. More of Hunter's men were piling in, forcing us to back up some more.
