Welcome to the resistance. Well, that's what we call ourselves. I'm glad that there are people who are willing to fight against Hunter. Anyway, Jimin and I went over to our dorm that we stay in, and in there waiting for us was our 3 years daughter, who was playing with her teddy bear.
"Hey, Kiara, look who's here," I said.
She turned around, and her eyes lit up once she saw who was with me.
"Daddy," she said, running up to Jimin.
"Hi baby, did you miss me," Jimin said.
Jimin kissed her cheek and carried her up to his shoulders.
"Daddy, can you play with me," she asked.
"Umm...I'm really busy~
*nudge*
Jimin, play with your daughter; it's been a while since Kiara had bonding time with her dad. Anyway, Jennie entered our dorm and informed us about the current status we have.
"Hey guys, we have information from Hunter we need to decrypt," Jennie asked us.
Jimin and I looked at each other.
"Go play with Kiara for a bit babe, I will be back," I said.
And then I left the room. Jennie and I headed towards the US technology research room, or as we like to call it, the geek room. My old friend Jisoo was on the monitor waiting for us.
"Jennie, were you able to bring Rosé," Jisoo asked.
"Yep, she's right here," Jennie presented.
Jisoo and I came in for a hug; it's been a while since I've seen her.
"Oh my god, hi," I said.
"It's good to see you," Jisoo said. "How were you able to recruit her," I asked Jennie.
"Well, after the whole fiasco with the drugs and the fact that her dad was dumped in the ocean by Jimin."
"By the way, where is Jimin? I have to thank him for that," Jisoo said.
"Anyway, the mayor was found in the ocean by Hunter while we were in Vegas, I don't know how he was able to survive in the water for that long, but her did. After that, they agreed to have an equal amount of power in the city if Hunter could give your dad a 2nd term in office. Once they agreed, that's when Hunter began setting up the death satellite in Rio. You know what happened that day, Rosé," Jennie said.
"Don't remind me," I replied.
"What happened in Rio," Jisoo asked.
*sigh*
"We lost our friends and freedom that day," I said.
