Part 14

Reader-Chan pov

"Midori?" I test the name. "What does it mean?" I ask, puting my hand behind Midori's ears and tickling him.

"Don't worry about it." He said not answering to me. 

I was about to push and pry it out of him, but he stood up, holding the dog in his arms. "Lets get back." He said now.

I looked around. The noise from the carnival to the right, the splash from the river on the left. I had fun today. I looked up Sasuke who was looking at Midori, petting him. 

I smile at the scene. Yeah, I had fun today.

We walk back into the hideout, me holding Midori, Sasuke release the jutsu on the door and soon were attacked by the rest of the group.

They were apparently worried. All except..

"Where were you? And why were you out with her. Where's the mutt from and why is it here? What were you guys doing--?" We got bombarded with question after question from none other than Karin.

"Karin." Sasuke cut her off, and her mouth snapped shut. "I dont answer to you." he finished walking away from the crowd we were in. 

"Im sorry for worrying you guys." I say to the team, as suigetsu and the orange hair guy did look worried at first and they looked relieved when we walked in.

"Its ok, but maybe next time a note. Please." Suigetsu asks. He was obviously very worried about his comrade. I smiled at him. 

He reached out, asking me if he could hold Midori. I smile and hand over my baby, as i turn back to karin to give her a piece of my mind as to what she said.

"Yo bitch." i get her attention as she follows after Sasuke who was down the hall.

They both seemed to stop and turn back to look at me. 

"Watch your fucking mouth when you talk about Midori, you understand me. He's not an it, he's a dog. A lot higher than you'll ever be considered." i cussed at her.

They all looked taken aback except for Sasuke. When Midori jumped from suigetsu's arms and ran to Sasuke. Sasuke picked up our puppy and started showing him the love he wanted. Karin saw this as well.

She looked back at me with a scowl. "I dont take orders from you." she tested my patience and i took a step forward to swing that hoe out the fucking water country ( since that's where we were. )

Sasuke stepped in before i could take another step. Standing right in front of me but facing her. "No, but you do take orders from me." He defended me.

I looked up at the back of his head. Silently thanking him. If he hadn't stepped in i might have killed her. 

Karin looked flabbergasted and offended. "You defend her. Whenever me and suigetsu argue or threaten eachother its nothing, but she comes and now im nothing to you." She cries running away, probably to her room.

Sasuke looks over his shoulder at me, then teleports away.

"Well, that was interesting." Suigetsu breaks the silence.
