"Like hell!"I jumped to my feet.
"You'll find Sasuke there." He responded. I gasped, no Sasuke couldn't have...!
"Yes, Sasuke Uchiha, Karin Uzumaki, Suigetsu Hozuki, and Jugo of the Jugo Clan have joined the Akatsuki under me, and we issue peace-"
"At what cost!?" i cut him off.
"At the cost of lives, yes. But for a better world, sacrifices will have to be made" the guy said to me justifying his actions.
"Is that what you said when Naruto killed pain?" I asked him.
"Oh so you are well informed, that is best, now i dont have to explain everything." "Pain was a means to an end-" he started again but i snorted at him,
"The guy was already dead, he just kept coming back at the hands of the other pain, he was a master of death- like no other" The guy spoke.
"How many pains were there exactly?"
"6 in total, but they were all one person, and that person has decided to betray us and join Naruto Uzumaki"
"Naruto went against 6 guys who destroyed the leaf, are literally named pain, and the guy behind it all decides to join Naruto, whats with that?" I question.
"I wasn't present at the moment. But Sasuke is different from whenever you last saw him, and it's likely your presense wont matter to him anymore, even if you did join the akatsuki. I'm recruiting you because of your extraordinary powers, and then to be amplified by the Sharingan, its a miricle. I could train you too. The way of the death eyes" He said to me. I thought about what he said and how sasuke might be different.
I wanted Sasuke back, but i didn't realize he knew this already and only said these words to trap me into joining his cult or whatever this was.
"Fine, I'm in."
"Welcome to the Akatsuki, my name's Obito"
