Chapter 6

❄️Jack's POV❄️

When I walked into the bedroom, Elsa was laying in the bed watching 'Alice in Wonderland'.

"Hey, babe. You ok?" I asked as I changed into my pajamas.

"Yeah. I'm fine," she replied. I walked over to her.

When I lay down, she sat on top of me.

"What are you doing?" I asked. She leaned in and kissed me. She started to move her hands under my shirt, lifting it over my head.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. I'm sure." I started to kiss her neck. I slowly took her shirt off and kissed her stomach, but she stopped me.

"Actually, maybe we shouldn't."

"What? Elsa, you just said you were sure."

"Well... now I changed my mind."

"Elsa! You always do this!" I said, louder than I meant to.

"What do you mean I always do this?"

"You say you're ready or that you're sure you wanna do this, but then you stop."

"I'm sorry, Jack. I just.."

"You just what, Elsa?"

"I'm scared I'll get hurt!"

"Elsa! I would never hurt you!"

"Not on purpose!"

"It's just... it gets frustrating after awhile. You know?" I said, running a hand through my hair. I lied down on the bed.

"Jack, please don't be mad," she whispered.

"I'm not mad. I'm just... I'm just frustrated. I need some air." I got up and flew into the sky and into the roof.

About an hour later, Hiccup came up to the roof. I was laying down, staring at the moon, playing with my powers.

"Hey," Hiccup said as he sat down beside me. I ignored him.

"Mer and I heard what happened between you and Elsa." I still didn't reply.

"Come on man! Talk to me!"

"What's the point? You already know what happened!" I shouted.

"I know. But, why are you so pissed about it?"

"Because Hiccup! That's the 5th time that Elsa has done that. Even though she always says she's 100% positive!"

"Ok, yeah, so? She changes her mind. What's the problem We already know that girls do that."

"That's not the point, Hic. I just... I'm afraid that if we ever do do it, she'll change her mind after the fact. Then, I'd feel like I forced her to do something she didn't want to do. I mean, I'm going to college to work as the person who puts those kinds of people away!"

"Jack! You know Elsa wouldn't think of it that way!"

"Whatever. I wouldn't expect you to understand."

"What's that supposed to mean?" he asked defensively.

"You and Mer have already done it." There was an awkward moment of silence.

"Oh my god. You and Mer haven't! Then, who did you-" I paused. "Oh my god! Ast-" he put his hand over my mouth.

"Shut up! Don't say anything! I don't want Mer to know!"

"Alright, alright. Your secret's safe with me."

"Thank you! Now, man up and go work this out with your girl!" he said.
