Early in the morning, the team and a force of warriors departed from Apache, headed toward a tall mesa in the distance. The moon was still hanging high above. Everyone was riding a horse through the desert, Roven and Crow were leading the way. As they approached, the towering mesa, the path began to look steeper. Roven turned to everyone.

"Alright everyone. Remember the plan, you will be the distraction force. Crow and I can handle the Rain Maker," he said.

"Right. We will keep the enemies off you," said Illya.

Storm clouds soon began to form overhead.

"We need to hurry Roven," said Crow.

"Right. Good luck everyone!"

The two then rode up a path on the mesa.

The warriors and team then readied their weapons. Illya looked high in the sky. Shining armor could be seen flying from the storm clouds.

"Here they come!" Tracker called out readying his rifle.

Illya drew the yumi and Anastasia prepared her mana. The warriors readied their ranged weapons. The fired their weapons high into the sky, taking as many of them down as they can. The Servants quickly swooped down and stabbed their spears. Illya blocked attacks with her katana. Anastasia dodged them. Kydaana countered them with her own spear. Tracker would grab their weapon and throw them to the ground. James would form armor around his body, causing the weapons to break. As the battle commenced, Roven and Crow made their way up to the top of the mesa. There was a figure at the edge of the cliff with white feathers covering his body. The being had large wings on its back. Its feet were that of three talons and its hands five. He spun his hands in circles, swirling clouds together. Roven and Crow stepped down from their horses, drawing their weapons. The Rain Maker stopped swirling clouds and turned to face his opponents.

"Welcome, children of my master," said the Rain Maker.

"What is a Servant like you doing here?" asked Roven.

"Carrying out the will of Great Thunderbird."

"That...doesn't answer the question," Roven replied readying his scythe.

The Servant then flapped his wings, causing a great wind. Roven and Crow dug their weapons into the ground, but their horses were sent flying. Crow held her tomahawk in from of her face, closing her eyes, and then slashing the wind, cancelling the attack. Roven took the opportunity to rush the Rain Maker. He swung his scythe, swinging faster and faster. The Rain Maker blocked each attack with his claws. Electricity then formed around the claws and he blasted Roven with a lightning attack. Crow then rushed in swinging both weapons. The claws and blades collided, creating sparks from each point of contact. He then deflected Crow's attacks and occasionally used his wing to throw her off balance with the wind. Crow then gripped her taloned feet in the ground to keep her balance. The two continued their battle until the Rain Maker flew high into the air. Roven recovered and rushed up to Crow. The Servant kept his position high in the clouds, swirling his hands, crafting more storm clouds. In the battle below, the fighting was even. Illya's team and the warriors inflicted damage, both sides taking losses.

The Rain Maker eyed the city of Apache.

"Oh Great Thunderbird, allow me to claim this territory in the name of our creators of Izami and Mizami," he closed his eyes and the storm began making its way to the city.

The rain was heavy, the storm blasting thunder and lightning. It took the shape of an eagle.

"At this rate, the whole city will be erased," said Roven.

"Yes. We need to combine our abilities to take him out," Crow replied.

Roven nodded and the two walked close to the edge. Roven stretched his scythe behind his back. Crow stretched arms all the way out, keeping her weapons parallel to them. They both closed their eyes. Soon, wind and lightning behand to swirl around them. They then leapt into the air, spinning, creating a swirl of elements. The torrent then flew towards the Rain Maker. The Servant opened his eyes last moment and held the attack with both hands.

"No.... No!"

The Rain Maker was then split into pieces with wind and lightning flowing behind as he was cut through. Soon, the rain clouds began to slowly dissipate. Roven and Crow then safely landed atop the mesa. The Servants below noticed the storm dissipating. They looked up and then began swiftly flying towards the heavens. The warriors let out a cry of victory. Later, Roven and Crow made their way down the mesa and the force made their way back to the city. The priestess was waiting.
