And please welcome the Most Fabulous and Hard Working Author astralspirit__🤝

So yeah let's get started😙🤞

😂INTRODUCTION

Asalamu alaikum everyone! Hope you all are doing fine.

Well let's begin with the intro; I'm Tuba, a proud Muslimah from India. I'm an introvert but when it comes to being comfortable with someone, I can be an extrovert as well. I'm a kind of person that thinks positively but is always ready for the worst, so I don't really know what to call my own self; a pessimist or an optimist.

🎤What inspired you to start writing?

I don't think anything can inspire me easily, to be honest. I actually started reading stories from Quotev and from there I found Wattpad and it became my favourite app for reading any story of my favourite genre. So you can say Wattpad AND reading the works of others inspired me. I don't know the main reason but it felt like I should publish my own book and I did the exact.

🎤When did you start writing?

I don't even remember it but I guess at the age of 13 and let me tell you, it turned out worse! Lmao

🎤Have you always wanted to be a writer?

I've never thought too much about this topic considering that I want to be a doctor. As far as I can tell, writing is going to be a kind of side occupation for me. Don't get me wrong, people have their dream jobs but I don't consider mine as a writer. So yeah but even if it happens some day then I'm perfectly fine with it because it's better to have something than nothing!

🎤What comes first the plot or the characters?

The way I see things is that plot comes first for me. The characters, I don't think, have any value until the plot is decided.

🎤What is the most difficult part about writing for you?

It must be my laziness! But apart from that authors block is the main thing that makes writing difficult for me. I always promise my readers to update my story weekly or the next upcoming day but when the time comes to publish, BOOM, my mind just stops processing things and I fail to update my book.

🎤When you are writing an emotional, sad or romantic scene, how do you get into the mood?

There are 2 ways for me to get into 'the mood' as you define it; I pretend to be the protagonist of my story and when it does not work, I listen to the songs of the same category, you mentioned, like a romantic song, for a romantic scene, a sad song for a sad scene and that's that!

🎤What was your most favourite part and least favourite part of the publishing journey?

The most favourite part of the publishing journey would be that whenever I update my book, all my friends support me. And the least favourite part would be the authors block, without a single doubt at that.
