chapter 5

turns out i slept all the way from noon till the next morning o was full of energy since i had like 19 hours of sleep i woke up and went into matteos shower locking the door behind me incase he came in and got a fright seeing someone in his shower he would know it's me he probably just wouldn't expect me to be in his shower if he seen me not laying in his bed i'd imagine he'd just think i'm walking around the halls not a clue where i'm going.

after i got out the shower matteo was in the room, "good morning matteo"
"wow your awake" he joked
"yeah i've been up for about an hour now"
"why didn't you shout me or mairlyn to let us know you were up we would've made you breakfast"
"i figured of i shouted you wouldn't hear me the house is massive and i don't tent to eat in the morning anyways so it's okay"
"oh are you sure i can quickly go fry some pancakes" he chuckled hinting to me he wanted pancakes
"oh okay go on" i gave in
"do you want nutella strawberries and whipped cream on them" he asked with puppy eyes
"you know what, yeah i'd love that matteo i'll do my workout later on"
he walked away dancing i heard him shout "mairlyn how do you make pancakes i need to learn for rae!!"
i laughed to myself and went to my bags and folded them into piles on the floor them chose an outfit to wear today, i chose black ripped jeans a white top and a black body suit for over my top and a black cropped denim jacket then i dutch braided my hair and went downstairs i realised matteo had put arrows on the walls with words inside them telling me what room i'd be going to so i wasn't getting lost and spending 10 minutes once i reached the bottom of the extremely giant unnecessary spiral stair case my legs were killing me "you okay dear" mairlyn questions
"yeah i'm fine just those stairs kill my legs" i giggled mairlyn looks at me strangely "you do know there's a lift right next to matteos bedroom right?"
i run over to matteo and lightly slap the back of his head "hey watch it ok making you pancakes what's wrong?" "you didn't tell me there was a lift nect to your room" while pouting "i just expected you to see it and think oh that's a lift" matteo laughed i lightly punched his arm and walked away "MAIRLYN!!" he shouts she laughs "coming matteo" "quickly mairlyn i need to catch her"

mairlyns pov
you can tell he likes her he'd never ask any other to come live with us never mind a girl and he's done so much for her and he's so kind he's usually harsh to other girls except me he said i'm like his second mom or something i'm not really a maid he's got other maids i just get to be his sidekick you could say or you could say i'm a mafia mom, i've known matteo since his mother gave birth to him realistically i'm his auntie but his mom is an addict but when he was about 6 his mom wanted nothing to do with him so after that i stopped being a an auntie and stepped in to be the mother figure he was missing i tried to give him the best life possible but as my father was in the mafia it wasn't easy i could only really please him with buying him things and spending time with him he always said to me "you know i'd rather your time than your money you always spoil me with both but just so you know i don't need the money i have you and that's all i need" and he's never stopped saying it to this very day,
i put all the pancakes off a plate and shouted "matteo there ready"
all i could hear in the distance was "put me down matteo!"
and "two minutes mairlyn!!"
i chuckled and sat on the couch and put the tv on and fell asleep

matteos pov
oh she was on!! i chased her all the way down the hallways she was pretty fast for being so petite,
"your fast" i shouted
"i know" she said being cocky
"i'm faster though" i whispered and ran faster i eventually caught her i picked her up and threw her over my shoulder she started kicking her legs and shouting "put me down put me down" i simply replied with nope every time still running down through the hallways like a maniac i heard
mairlyn shout to me something like matteo there ready i just shouted two minutes over raelyn screaming put me done i just kept running while laughing and raelyn eventually gave up with the kicking and begging me to put her down i think she just understood she wasn't getting her way anytime soon, while i was running with her over my shoulder i pretended to drop her a couple times to frighten her but she didn't seem to get a fright
"aren't you scared i'm going to drop you?" i asked "why would i be scared?" she said giggling "because if you were to fall you'd land on your neck love" i said "that doesn't scare me" she laughed i wanted to challenge her i wanted her to trust me with her life but i was getting out of breath "tired are you matteo" she said out of cockiness "me tired that's a good one" i laughed "sounds like your running out of breath matteo" she was right so i held my breath "not anymore i'm not" we got towards my room so i kicked open the door just light enough so it didn't break and threw raelyn onto the bed she pulled me on the bed and we started wrestling she's quite strong for her size she i allowed her to wrestle me off the bed then she gave me a hand back up she rolled on top of me and we just froze in time.

raelyns pov
i'm now on top of matteo we'd been wrestling and i won of course i'm not sure if he let me win or if i really did win but whatever he done i was proud but at this moment of time i was sitting on the lower half of his torso we were just looking each other in the eye so in my head i just said fuck it i leaned in for a kiss and to my surprised he kissed me back the kiss was full of passion and lust and overall just unreal.

matteos pov
she kissed me! she kissed me it was so magical i'm in total shock what i done to deserve that i'll never know wow wow wow.

mairlyns pov
i heard an insane amount of giggling so i walked upstairs and knocked on matteos door then walked in preparing for what i had in store for my eyes i seen raelyn jump off matteo i knew they had a thing for each other
i said "pancakes matteo" he chuckled oh yeah "young love" i whispered and walked away i heard matteo shout "what'd you say" behind me i chuckled "nothing matteo" and ran into the lift shutting the doors behind me.

raelyns pov
i just seen matteo walk back in the room shaking his head doing the thing with his tongue in his cheek and oh my he's insanely good looking "what are you looking at?" matteo asks
"n-nothing" i stutter he giggles "yeah okay rae" he comes over and picks me back up and flips me back over his shoulder "don't resist you complain about your legs getting sore when you walk downstairs" "that was one time matteo" i said cheekily yet giggly "still happened" he shrugged we kept ' 'arguing'' and giggling while going downstairs to get out pancakes.
"took up time love birds" mairlyn giggled
"not love birds mom" matteo rolled his eyes
he put me down in the kitchen walked over to mairlyn and tried to whisper "i wish" i heard it from the kitchen but he tried to whisper he came back to the kitchen "A+ for effort" i said he looked at me with a confused expression "you can't whisper matteo" "i want trying to you were supposed to hear" " oh that makes sense" i smirked
