chapter 10

we were watching the movie and i we starting to get scared from all the jump scares and all the spooky stuff and every time there was a jump scare of flinch and spill the popcorn lorenzo just laughed at me i picked up the popcorn put it back in the bowl then i sat back up waiting for another jump scare and because i was patiently waiting concentrating on it so i didn't get a fright lorenzo shouted BOO! and i near enough jamp out my skin,
"renzo!! that isn't funny" i said while pushing his arm playfully
"sorry button i seen the opportunity" he said then putting his arm around my shoulder then i leaned into his chest cuddling him continuing to watch the movie, there were more jump scares but i didn't get as much of a fright to when i wasn't cuddling lorenzo, he made me feel safe on his arms and whenever i'd feel his touch id forget all the pain and negativity round about me.

"i need to go pee" lorenzo said while moving me so he could stand up
"oh okay" i said moving out the way making it easier for him to get up, he smiled and walked into his bathroom i heard him switch on the shower i was quite confused but i figured maybe he decided he wanted a shower now rather than later so i switched the movie to a series i had been watching and started watching it "button!!" i heard lorenzo shout "yeah?!" i shouted back confused "come through" he shouted "okay!" i went through to his bathroom to see him in the shower "join me" lorenzo said smirking i was hesitant "okay two seconds" i said after thinking twice and into the shower i went,
"you look good rae" lorenzo said looking me in the eyes i had non stop butterflies for about 5 minutes after that "t-thank you" i replied nervously "no bother button" he giggled i smiled in return.

mairlyns pov
i seen raelyn attempt to storm off after she had seen matteo dancing with carmen hence she stormed off but lorenzo stopped her but they had disappeared after a while so after i noticed they had gone i went around everyone saying goodnight and went to look for her because i knew she was upset half way through getting to lorenzos side of the house i heard the shower water turn on and a lot of giggling i started to panic because i figured lorenzo and taelyn were showing together and i started to think if one thing leads to another then lead to other things then boom there's going to be an issue between matteo and lorenzo and when they get into a fight you hear about it in the newspapers for about 4 weeks after the fights finished it's a nightmare,
because i was frozen at the room door staring into space thinking what i could do to get raelyn out i was to late i started hearing unpleasant sounds and with that i started running back to the ball "MATTEO MATTEO!!" i thought to myself i cant tell matteo what's actually going on i'll have to make up something on the spot.

matteos pov
mairlyn came running towards me screaming my name i went into a force of panic "mairlyn calm down what's wrong?!!" i shouted
"it's raelyn!! i don't know where she is!"
"what do you mean?!" i panicked
"she's not in your bedroom or mine or anywhere to be seen in the house matteo we have go find her!!"
"shit!" i said
i ran up to the stage
"everyone there's an emergency you all have to leave now the partys over sorry for ending it so early on short notice goodnight everyone have a good evening thank you for coming!!"
people started leaving immediately at all exits i was grateful for them following my demands without questioning.

"what do we do mairlyn?!" i said while shaking her back and forth
"i'm not sure matteo i came to you thinking you would have an idea" she said beginning to cry,
carmen walked up to me "what's up with you crashing the party babe"
"carmen now is not the time get out!" i snarled
"babe don't talk to me like that" she said while slapping me across the cheek
"that's it carmen get out i want nothing to do with you anymore your a psycho" she was ready to shout at me and start hitting me but she just shrugged and said "fine if that's how you want it to be don't call me saying you miss me" i looked at her "me call you? funny carmen your hilarious" i said then brought my phone out clicked her contact and blocked her number right in front of her
she gasped in shock and stormed out with her heels clicking as she walked,

"wait matteo i have an idea!" mairlyn said jumping
"i'm in treat to know" i said grabbing her shoulders in hope
"the tracker we could see where it is" she said
"yes, yes yes that would work she still has my clothes in her bag from that night" o said while clicking my fingers in excitement.

mairlyns pov
i was so annoyed with myself matteos going to find out everything and i hate what i've done but i'm either way it would've ended up in a big argument no matter what and matteo walking in and seeing them two together seems like an easier situation than him finding out later later on.

we went to the room with all the computers and the technology and we started to trace the device "lorenzo room" matteo said in confusion he looked at me i shrugged "let's go ask if he's seen her" i said looking at him "good idea" he said already walking out the room we started heading to lorenzos room and i heard the shower and stuff had stopped so that was a good thing.
