The restaurant is just a walk down the beach from the hotel in the sand. It's lit up by fairy lights and tiki torches. The food is all Caribbean food that I've never tried before so Harry orders for us. After dinner and dessert I'm stuffed and feel like I have a good baby so we take a stroll down the beach.
"I really do love it here," I smile at Harry as we walk hand and hand down the beach.
"Good. I'm glad," he says looking down at the water hitting our feet. He didn't really talk that much at dinner and I feel like something's wrong.
"Everything's okay right?" I finally ask.
"Um... Yeah. Let's just have fun," he says giving my hand a squeeze. I don't press the matter even though it's going to bug me for the rest of the trip. He'll tell me when he's ready.
We get back to our suite and I change into a t-shirt and pajama shorts as Harry just strips to his boxers then gets in bed.
"Cmere," he smiles softly and opens his arms as I crawl in bed and into his arms laying my head on his chest as he wraps his arms around me. I play with his fingers and looks at his rings and he runs his fingers through my hair.
"I like this ring," I say holding up his finger with a sliver ring that has the word peace on it. "It's my favorite."
"Mine too," be says kissing my head then takes it off and slides onto my middle finger it being way to big. "So you can't wear it in your finger," he chuckles as he sits up and takes off on his chains he's wearing and puts the ring on it then puts the necklace around me neck. "Perfect."
"Harry," I smile as I touch the necklace with the ring on it.
"I want you to have it and know that wherever you go I'll be with you."
"Thank you," I tear up. "Thank you so much," I say cupping his cheek and kissing him.
The rest of the trip was amazing. We went swimming with sharks and dolphins and stingrays, we went on jet skis and boats, we went to bars and danced together. It was perfect but the whole time I had a little voice intake back of my head telling me that something bad was going to happen. The whole time we were away, Harry's phone hasn't stopped ringing. He answered it a few time and would leave the room to talk but most of the time he hit the ignore button. I knew something was coming but I tried my hardest to ignore it until the last morning there.
We were leaving in less than three hours and I knew that Harry was trying to figure out a way to tell me because I woke up and he was gone. He left me a note saying that he'll be back later and to eat breakfast without him. That made me nervous and not want to eat. I just got up and got dressed in yoga pants and a t-shirt then sat on the couch in the living room hugging my legs to my chest mindlessly looking at the tv. We had one hour left before we had to leave when Harry finally came back. I stand up and look at him.
"Hi love," he says softly coming over and taking my hands sitting on the couch. "Sit with me. I have to tell you something."
"No," I shake my head. "Just tell me."
"Sara please-"
"No just tell me Harry," I say standing in front of him crossing my arms over my chest.
"Okay," he nods looking down at his hands. "We need to break up. Management doesn't think that it's a good idea for us to be seen together consider what happened to you. They said its bad publicity."
"Bad publicity," I nod in shock.
"You have to understand that I don't want to do this-"
"Then fight for me. Fight for us," I say cutting him off.
"What do you think I've been doing all week Sara?" He says looking up at me.
"You've been ignoring them. Ignoring what's going to happen."
"No I haven't. I've been trying to think of ways to keep you."
"And you came up with?" I ask.
"Nothing Sara. I came up with nothing."
"Great," I nod and go into the bedroom to get my bag.
"Stop," he says following me.
"Stop what?! I can't stop the inevitable Harry. It's going of happen and we're gonna have to break up. Better it happened before either of us fell in love with each other."
"Who said I didn't?" He says stopping me in my tracks. "This past week with you has been amazing Sara and I couldn't imagine doing it with anyone else. The way you laughed and smiled the whole week made me want to stop time so this wouldn't have to happen. I love you Nelson. I love everything about you even the fucked up parts. I love the way you snore in your sleep, and the you snort when you laugh to hard. I love the way you look beautiful effortlessly every morning. I love the fact that sometimes I catch you playing with my ring and kissing it then letting it fall back down around your neck or how I catch you staring and smiling at me with love in your eyes. I know you love me even if you're too scared to admit it and I'm okay with that. I know that a lot of shit has happened to you and I don't mean to add this on to it. I'm sorry. I'm so incredibly sorry."
"Stop Harry," I cry as I sit on the bed.
"Please baby," he says coming over to me and rubbing my arms.
"Don't touch me!" I scream pushing his hands away.
He simple nods and steps away from me frowning as the hotel phone ring and he picks it up.
"Okay. Thank you," he says then hangs it back up. "The cars here to take you to the jet."
"Only me?" I say looking down at my lap wiping my eyes.
"Yeah," he nods. "Your stuff from my house is already home." I nod and reach around to take off the necklace. "No," he says stopping me. "Keep it."
I nod and stand up wiping my eyes then takes my bag and leaves the hotel room going to the car.
