North [Technoblade x reader]

Getting closer

A few minutes had already passed since I layed down, I was wondering what's the thinking about, I don't know why I was wondering that but I was.

"Hey Techno?"
I mumble softly

"Mhmm?"
He says, now sounding a lot more confident, or calm if you must.

"What are you thinking about?"
I said, making it sound as innocent as possible, not that I was thinking of something not-innocent, but y'know what I mean.

"You"
He said, mumbling.

"I can hear you blushing"
I said, trying to stay serious.

"Oh? Well I can see your pink cheeks going even more pink"
He said, a little playfully.

"I didn't say I wasn't blushing"

"Mm.. true"
He sounded like he was concentrating on something, so I decided to keep quiet until he said something.
..

"Done"
He said completely out of nowhere, it kind of scared me to be honest.

"What's done?"
I asked out of curiousity.

"Hold on, I'll take a picture so you can see"
He said
"Here, see"
I opened my eyes I saw the photo, he had placed flowers in my hair

"It looks pretty"
I said, actually admiring my hair.

"Just like you"
He said it like nothing, and that made me genuinely happy. He trusted me, at least enough to compliment me with confidence.

"They are deffo flerting"
I heard Tubbo say, I quickly sat up to see everyone coming towards us.

"We'll be heading back now"
Phil said with a happy and satisfied look on his face

"Alllright, we're coming"
Techno said as he got up quickly, then gave me his hand to help me get up.

"See that's how you get women"
I heard Tommy whisper it to Tubbo, it made me slightly blush.

"Alright let's go"
I said after getting up.

We had to walk all the way back to the house, not because we couldn't call for a uber or something, but because Phil told us we need to walk.
It took but about half an hour to get back to the house. Everyone was exhausted so they went to their rooms, along with me and Techno. When Techno closed the door behind him, I looked at him with a quite awkward face. I mean of course they give us the room with only one bed.

"I'll sleep on the couch alright?"
He said, not too happily

"Nonoo, we can work this out.. somehow"
I said, rubbing the back of my neck trying to figure out a way.

"How about we just put a pillow between us?"
Techno said

"That's actually a good idea, so sure"

So after we both brushed our teeth we went to our own sides of the bed and put a pillow between us.

"Alright, good night Techno"
I said

"Good night, y/n"
He said, softly.

About 20 minutes later I'm still awake, for some reason I just can't fall asleep.

"Hey y/n"
Techno whispered

"Yes?"
I whispered back

"Oh okay you're awake"
He said, sounding surprised

"Yes"
"What about it?"

"I can't sleep"

"Me neither honestly"
