Wish worth a lot

So we walked a bit further away, well, actually pretty far. And finally we sat down by a big rock.

"So"
Niki said, looking at me with a curious face.

"Well.."
I was doubting what to say, since I wasn't entirely sure what she wanted to hear about.

"How's it going with Techno?"
Niki said, with a caring tone.

"I mean.. we both kinda confessed or soo.."
I awkwardly said, and I could already feel my face turn red.

"Really?"
Niki enthusiastically said.

"Yep, but we aren't official yet."
I said, then instantly regreting it.

"Yet?"
I heard a third voice say from behind me. I hadn't realized Tubbo had came there.

"I- uh.."
The nervousness and anxiety inside me grew quickly.

"Wait I'm sorry, I just came to say that we'll be going to the other side of the beach, apperantly it's pretty there."
Tubbo said, quickly yet calmly.
"Also I won't snitch, don't worry."
Tubbo added and started walking back towards others.

"Well, I'm glad to hear that"
Niki said a bit after.

"Yeah, well I think we should go with the others now"
I said, just looking for an excuse to get out of the awkward converstation.

"Sure, let's go"
Niki said and got up quickly, and so we caught up to others pretty fast.

"Well look whos back"
Techno said when he saw me.

"Hello"
I said and smiled at him, and he smiled back at me.

"Honestly I have no idea where we're going"
He whispered to me, which made me giggle. We stayed quiet pretty much the whole time we walked, only Tommy and Tubbo were talking about something. And shortly after we reached the place Tubbo earlier talked about, and it really was beautiful.

"Well, that's the place"
Wilbur said as he sat down under a near by tree.

"It's beautiful"
Niki said and sat down aswell.

"Well, do you wanna go swimming?"
Techno said, slowly walking towards the water. I nodded and ran in the water.

"It's quite cold isn't it?"
Techno said as he swam to me.

"It's refreshing"
I said and swam even further away from him.

"Wait up, I'm not a shark or something"
Techno said and started swimming again.

"I'm aware"
I said and swam a bit closer back to him.

"It's kinda hot here"
I jokingly said.

"It's all you"
Techno said, and I just decided to laugh my embarrassment away.

The day went by quickly, and we decided to just stay at the house after going to the beach.

It was around 1am when I woke up to Techno sneezing.

"Sorry"
He said after he noticed he woke me up.

"It's fine"
I replied

"I can't sleep at all"
Techno said and sat up

"Well, do you want to do something?"
I said

"At 1am?"
He said and looked at me

"Well, we can go outside or something, to look at the stars, I don't know."
I said and sat up aswell.

"Well, let's go outside then"
Techno said and got up
"Put a hoodie on"
He also said before going downstairs.
So I decided to take one of his hoodies and put it on, then went downstairs aswell.

"Let's go"
Techno said as I finished putting my shoes on.
We walked to the backyard, then layed down on the grass.
I kept looking at him, but he was focused on the stars, which was a good thing, because he didn't need to know I just stared at him most of the time. After a bit I decided to actually look at the stars aswell. And it was definitely worth it.

"Did you just see that?"
I asked and looked at him

"Yeah, it's crazy right?"
He said, and looked back at me.

"Yeah, it is"
I replied.

"I hope you made a wish worth a lot, because I sure did."
He said and looked back at the stars.

"I did aswell."
I replied to him and looked back at the stars aswell.
