Walking through the hall, Harley was pulled into a room. The room was dark, but she could tell who grabbed her. "What, Rumlow?" she said.
Rumlow didn't answer. Instead, Harley felt a pinch in her neck. She dropped to her knees, feeling the room starting to spin around her. Red and blue colors flashed before her eyes as her surroundings start to distort and warp. She knew exactly what was happening, and she didn't like it. She felt her normal self start to get pushed down and her Arkham self surfacing.
She started laughing until she passed out.

Harley woke up in her Arkham clothes, a black and red checkered suit, similar to a jester's. She was strapped to a chair in front of Rumlow and Alexander Pierce.
"Something funny, Harley?" Pierce asked.
"Depends on what the joke is, Puddin'," Harley replied.
"I told you it would work," Rumlow said.
"How much time do we have with her?" Pierce asked.
"About 10," Rumlow said.
"Hours?"
"Minutes. That was the last of the serum. No one knows how to make it. Don't worry, this won't take long." There was something Rumlow didn't know about the serum. The effects wore off quicker than the timeframe given.
"Send her out with you."
Rumlow carefully removed the straps. "Bring in Captain America," Pierce ordered.
"You're the boss," Harley said. She stood up and threw on her lab coat and walked out of the door with Rumlow by her side. That's when she realized she wasn't at Hydra anymore, it was a different building. A group of men followed behind Rumlow and Harley as they neared the elevator Steve was in. Rumlow put his hand in front of the door sensors just as the doors were about to close.
"Keep all S.T.R.I.K.E. personnel on site," Rumlow said, holding onto Harley's arm as they walked into the elevator.
Harley stayed quiet.
"Forensics," Rumlow said, telling the elevator what floor to go to.
"Confirmed," the elevator responded.
"Cap," Rumlow greeted.
"Rumlow," Steve replied. He looked to Harley, but didn't say anything. The elevator started going down and it got quiet.
"Evidence Response found some fibers on the roof they want us to see. You want me to get the tac team ready?" Rumlow asked.
"No, let's wait and see what it is first," Steve said.
"Right."
The elevator stopped and more people got on, going to the Administrations level. Steve shuffled to the middle of the elevator.
"I'm sorry about what happened with Fury. It's messed up, what happened to him," Rumlow said.
"Thank you," Steve said.
The elevator stopped once more and three men got on. Harley still said nothing.
"Before we get started, does anyone want to get out?" Steve asked.
Harley dropped her lab coat as a man whipped out an electrical rod. The man went to hit Steve but he quickly took the shield off of his back and hit him with it. Harley hit the emergency stop button as an agent grabbed Steve. A bunch of agents started grabbing Steve's limbs to keep him from moving. Harley took an electrical rod off of an agent's hip and activated it.
An agent pulled the handle off of a briefcase and clipped it to Steve's wrist, trying to attach it to the metal bar in the elevator. Steve kicked his knee in and pushed him away, bumping into Harley. Harley shoved the rod into his back and knocked him out. More of the men charged at him, getting punched away.
Rumlow kicked Steve's hand, making it stick to the wall. "Harley, do your thing," he ordered.
"Listen, Stripes. It's nothing personal, trust me," Harley said. She winked at Steve as she proceeded to stun him with the electrical rod.
An agent started to get up, so Harley kicked him in the face, knocking him out. Rumlow realized that the serum was starting to wear off, so he grabbed her from behind. "Watch your head, Cap," Harley said. She started running up the wall and Steve moved his head out of the way. Harley flipped over Rumlow and kicked him until he fell down.
Harley looked up at Steve, eyes dark. She rolled her head around and pulled his hand off of the bar. "No hard feelings, right?" she asked.
Steve stomped on his shield and it flipped up into his hands. He broke the cuff off of his wrist and looked at Harley. "Thanks," he said.
"Don't thank me yet," Harley said. "I have a feeling this is about to get a lot worse."
Steve pressed the emergency stop button again and the doors opened, revealing a S.T.R.I.K.E. team pointing their guns at them. Steve broke the cables holding the elevator up with his shield and the elevator started dropping. The elevator screeched to a stop and Harley looked out of the window. "Long way down," she said.
"It's about to get shorter," Steve said. He took two steps back and then grabbed Harley's arm. He broke through the glass and jumped out of the elevator, holding onto Harley. They crashed through another roof onto the pavement.
Harley saw those red and blue flashing lights again as she slowly got up. "Cap, I don't feel so hot," she said. Steve slung her arm over his shoulder and ran. He put her on the back of a motorcycle and sped out of the garage, just as they were starting to lockdown the bridge.
A quinjet flew in front of them, making Steve slow down.
"Stand down, Captain Rogers. Stand down," an agent said inside the quinjet. A gun lowered out of the bottom of the jet. Steve sped up, dodging bullets while trying to keep Harley from falling off. He threw his shield at one of the turbines, making it stop working.
The quinjet started to lower and Steve pressed on the brake, making it flip up, sending both him and Harley flying up into the air. He landed on the wing of the quinjet with Harley and pulled his shield out, throwing it to another turbine. Both of them jumped off before the quinjet crashed onto the bridge.
"Cool," Harley laughed before passing out again.
