"Why did you call me over today?" I asked, as I sat in the middle of the couch of IZ*ONE's living room.

"We want another pun battle! This time with miscellaneous topics! The winner of the first one chooses the next topic!" Yena briefed, as I could sense her anger.

It had been a few months since I won them in the kpop pun battle, and now they're raving for another defeat? Game on.

"First topic chosen is on tires! It's because it's been going ROUND my mind for some time now." Eunbi said, as I cringed at the super bad pun.

"Girl, that was FLAT OUT terrible." I deadpanned, as the leader glared at me.

"Give her a BRAKE. She's new in this." Yena chided me.

"But I'm getting TIRED of these bad puns.." I lamented, earning a few laughs from the girls.

"Let's be WHEEL. She can't make funny puns because she is an ahjumma." This time, Yujin added in.

" About time she reTIRES." Wonyoung chipped in, and Eunbi got completely destroyed.

" At least my chest is busTIRE than anyone else here." Eunbi tried salvaging the damage but that only added to my "Ma'am, this is a holy place." quotes.

"WONYOUNG, CHOOSE TOPIC NOW!" Yena shouted, as Minju and Chaewon came down amidst the commotion.

"I choose bread!" Wonyoung said, as Hitomi gave her a high-five, but was unable to reach her.

" Eunbi was destroyed by us, but I don't feel bad DOUGH." Wonyoung started off strong.

"Yea, it's the YEAST of my worries." I continued, adding to Eunbi's boiling anger.

"We FLOURishing with these puns!" Yujin crossed the line, and Eunbi stepped up.

"FINE. I give up. I can BARLEY keep up. KNEADless to say, you're inBREADable at this." Eunbi dished out puns like nothing, earning our respect for once.

"Okay, unnie, you win." Wonyoung spoke with a frightened voice.

"I'll start a coin-related pun. As they say, your life never gets better by chance. It gets better by CHANGE." Eunbi said, as once again, it was a super bad one.

"All these bad puns make me want to DIME." Hitomi finally spoke, and it was a good pun at that.

"Oh Hitomi, that pun actually makes CENTS, unlike Eunbi's." I teased, as I got hit by the tiger mom once again.

"Everyone is SHILLING out coin puns yet I can't think of one." Nako continued the flow.

"I'll like to add my two cents on this but I have no clue either." Minju added.

"I also want to join in but CURRENCY I can't think of one." Chaewon, too, joined in the fun.

"If I had a nickel for every bad pun..." I finished, and everyone applauded. Guess it's my turn.

" I want to do period puns." I said, and everyone's stare turned right at me, with mouths agape.

"What? UTERINE me that you all won't comply?" I smiled, knowing that it was such a good pun.

"But for real, period is a sensitive topic.. it feels like your uterus walked downstairs and missed the last step." Eunbi said, but I shook it off.

" That sounds exaggerated. Quit OVARY acting." I said, as Eunbi folded her lips into a thin line and huffed, clearly annoyed.

"Wow, eggcellent pun you have there." Yena fist-bumped me.

"Yea! UTERUS apart with that pun!" Hyewon said, as she came down from the stairs.

"Best pun I've heard all day today, periodt." Yuri added, making me chuckle.

"It was bloody fantastic." Sakura finally added in, and gave me a thumbs up.

"Let's give Y/N an ovulation!" Yena said, before Chaeyeon, who just came back from the mall, said, "isn't it ovation?"

"Pun battle." I said, as Chaeyeon nodded in understanding.

"For real though, Sakura. Ovulva things you could have said.." I said, thinking if the word "bloody" was too far.

"But it cervix purpose!" Sakura whipped out another pun to put me in my place, as I could only admire her quick thinking.

"UGH! HOW DO YOU KNOW I WAS OVERREACTING! YOU HAVE NEVER HAD THAT FEELING BEFORE!" Eunbi said, before storming out of the dorm.

"Um, I think she is on her period." I giggled.

" Her time of the month is here, brace yourself. Don't tampon her nerves." Yena said.

"Hey, should we call her LOONA's fan girl now?"

"BAD PUN NAKO BAKA!"
