'Sensei Tsunade,

I need your help, and it is an emergency. I am so sorry even asking, I know you're traveling but I need you here. I'm scared and lost and I don't know what to do. As your student and a friend, please come. I will explain when I see you again.

Sakura Uch'

She paused for a second before scribbling out the last name.

'Sakura Haruno.'

Sakura sent off her note with a rented messenger hawk and watched as it flew away from her in search of Tsunade.

Lee held Sakura, letting her bury her face into his chest. There was such a mix of emotions and confusion. Neither of them was ready to make any real decisions yet, for now, they would find comfort in each other. Lee stroked her hair, and kissed her cheek, knowing it would mean something would have to change in the next few months. Deep down, Lee knew he messed up. Sakura held her breath for a moment before apologizing.

"Lee, I, um. I told you I was on birth control pills when this all started, and that was and still is true. I don't... I don't know what happened," She swallowed her tears the best she could. "And I'm," She tried even harder not to cry while Lee just listened. "I'm so fucking sorry," She couldn't keep it in anymore, and sobbed, begging for forgiveness. He just kept trying to comfort her though, and truly he still didn't know how to feel but he couldn't be angry. Nothing about this situation made him upset other than Sasuke's existence. He also knew full well that this was just as much his fault if not more.

"I believe you Sakura. I know you and I know I am also part of this, and I am not upset with you. At all."

Sakura continued to cry for about an hour before eventually falling asleep in his arms. Once he was sure she had fallen asleep, he carried her back to bed, only to spend the rest of the night with Sarada, talking to her as she babbled, answering all his questions with all her baby knowledge, until he eventually fell asleep on the couch with baby sleeping on his chest. Sakura noticed that he hadn't come to bed after a while, and got up to find him.

It didn't matter anymore. Her relationship with Lee needed to be different now, but seeing him comfortable and safely and effectively being a father, she knew how badly he wanted to be a real dad. She picked Sarada up, immediately waking Lee up. His eyes shot open, and Sakura smiled at him.

"Come to bed, Lee." He nodded, then sat up, pulling himself to Sakura's level to put Sarada down to sleep before heading to bed. He held her as tight as he was able. The impending feeling of anxiety, knowing things would be different scared both of them. The question of termination was silently out of the question, without a thought. They weren't sure yet how they would make it work but they both knew that it would crush Lee. And while it was Sakura's choice, she couldn't do that to him. He deserved a family, a wife, a kid. Sakura could only provide one of those things, and since it had already begun, she didn't have the heart to stop it. The problem arose when considering the implications of Sakura being pregnant in public after Sasuke had been gone for so long

But that's what Tsunade was for. Sakura wanted her help hiding the pregnancy if she was willing. She didn't give a reason why she needed her help because if it was her own stupidity that caused the problem, she wasn't sure her Tsunade would help. It was a shady trick but at this point, nothing about Sakura's life wasn't shady in one way or another.

It took about 3 days to hear back, and the message was short, confirming she would be back in the village within a week, with no questions until she was there, but then she needed a full explanation. Until then, Sakura bunkered down and never left the apartment. Lee left for work but at that point, lived with Sakura to make sure she was okay.
